Poor experience

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They said If there’s any scratches or issues to scan a QR code on a paper they gave me and they will pick it up for a return. There were some scratches on the screen and it was an open box excellent quality. QR code didn’t work and the outlet location doesn’t have a phone number. When I stopped in to a local Best Buy to ask if there was another form of communication I could use they gave me the managers email for the outlet location where I got the TV an hour away. They never emailed me back, I stopped into my local Best Buy again they said my only option is to drive up there and ask if I can still return it which was doubtful because the window had passed while waiting for emails back from the manager.

Defective TV- Solid support from Best Buy

Within 10 minutes the screen faded black but the sound stayed on. No matter what picture setting or input the screen would fade to black after 5-15. Best Buy was great to deal with and very understanding. They had the unit replaced with another brand and size within a week.

First TV Broken and Ripped off by BB Credit Card

It was replaced and no issues with second TV. However, I chose to use the free 2 year financing offer if I opened Best Buy credit card. Could never activate the card, had to call to pay the balance from the TV, and thought I set up autopay, but then was hit with a $30 late fee on a $35 late minimum payment. No courtesy call, no email, no notice before the late fee. The whole operation needs to get shutdown and can't wait to see BestBuy be the next Blockbuster

Very small life span

Amazing Clarity and picturew
