Unfortunately the hdmi port is dead, the system lock up so I have to unplug it and reapply if I want to change inputs, it runs hot as well. The sound was pretty good from what I heard. Its packed up and ready to head back to best buy. Maybe this was just a dud? Will try another brand. Very disappointed!

Sound bar not for me

Great sound for the price

It enhanced the overall experience of my movie watching, & video gaming! The ability to connect with my phone also helps with my experience cleaning the house! The Bass with this item really makes the experience of home entertainment a great time!!!

Soundbar is great, subwoofer not so much.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TL;DR - Soundbar is great, but save the money and get the Alto 7 without the subwoofer. I bought this because I wanted a bit of punch with movies and such, but the subwoofer is basically useless. You can feel that it is doing something if you put you touch the speaker directly, but there's no way to manage the volume for it. So it just sits there whispering quietly. The soundbar itself sounds good, especially for the money and I like that it supports HDMI ARC so I can control the volume using my existing TV remote and not rely on the one for the bar. It's a huge improvement over the built in speakers on my TV, and it fits neatly under the screen. Knowing what I do now, I'd just get the Alto 7 that doesn't include the subwoofer, instead of the 7+.

Terrific value; simple to connect and use.

Connecting to a TCL TV could not be easier; only the HDMI ARC cable is needed. (Probably true of other TVs with HDMI ARC as well). Sound is really good and definitely improves the experience watching movies. Sound is clear and crisp and the bass is good. Could not be more satisfied with this purchase.

A pretty good soundbar for the price

As for the overall sound it's good,they could have a little more bass but for my bedroom it's good.. I surely recommend this to accompany your television..I have the 2019 6 series TCL and believe me combined with this I can't ask for anything more..

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The subwofer has almost no bass at all you only hear a little when volume is turned up to 55 same with the sound bar on top of that you cant control any of the audio settings on soundbar or sub , the subwofer has power outlet port on the front of it which makes no sense so you basically have to set the sub backwards to hide the cord extremely disappointed with this product.
