For better comfort, we recommend you to try the other ear tips sizes provided since getting the best fit is very important to get the best sound performance from the headphone in addition to comfort. These earbuds come with 3 different sizes to help better accommodate different size ears. Hope this helps!

twice defective

It took over month after submitted warranty claim to manufacturer for replacement to be delivered. After 7 months, same thing happened with replacement.

Left ear phone goes bad
