Very disappointed

Worked great for a couple of times; great sound, very comfortable to wear. However, when I attempted to recharge, it didn't charge. Indicator light didn't come on and no way to know percentage of charge. Called TCL and they required original sales receipt (I received as a present, so I didn't have a receipt) to return to them. I took back to Best Buy and exchanged (also purchased extended warranty) for another set. Again, used a couple of times, tried to charge, no success. Again, returned to Best Buy and returned for a gift card. Didn't want to see if third time is a charm. If they had charged, I'd be thrilled with them, but obviously isn't worth a cent if they won't charge.
