    We bought two of these when we purchased a TCL TV for the bedroom and living room. Neither one of these sound systems connect to the TV while even through the designated HDMI cable for the ARC connection. We constantly have to unplug and re-plugged it back in manually, even when we replaced one of the sound bars. It still does the same thing. This is very poor quality and you should really think about you. Get what you pay for. These were priced great and affordable however we are unable to use it even after trying the support line because the support line wanted me to bring my 75 inch TV in to get looked at. I’m 5 foot three and 120 pounds and I can’t carry a 75 inch TV with a sound bar for them to check to see why it won’t work in my home. Poor poor QUALITY and do not recommend.

    This could've been a really great product the problem was TCL Technical Support, they were totally incompetent as to what I needed to do and they messed up my TV so bad that I had to do a factory reset and I unhooked everything and returned it because of that.
