Works great, easy to set up. Much more capable in terms of volume/bass than I was expecting.

I love my new surround sounds bar easy to assemble sounds amazing I love the fact of having so many options to choose from in the menu I must be honest this is my first experience of having the opportunity have sound effects from my television like I’m actually at a movie theater this purchase was worth the price of what I paid for it thank you so much.

I was relying on the speakers built into the TV, which were not great and did not want to invest in an expensive stereo system. I found this and thought I would give it a try and wow, this set has blown me away with the level of quality sound, volume control and just overall enhancement to using my television and playing/streaming music. The set up was super easy. I would highly recommend this system. It’s worth every penny and more.

I would recommend this sound bar speaker to anyone, the sound quality is outstanding and I love how easy it was to set up in my room. The different setting that you can switch right on top of the unit or on the remote makes easy work of switching to Bluetooth, HDMI or any other device. There is an app that you can download that helps you set up the unit if you need it plus you can operate the unit through the app if you want and that’s awesome and helpful.

Good sound bar for the price. Sound quality is pretty okay. Gets loud enough for a large area and the Bluetooth conductivity is nice for playing music from your phone.

it’s perfect for only paying $130. I have a single wide trailer & If I’m playing music through my phone on Bluetooth, I have to lower my phones volume because it’s too loud for being in a trailer park. Overall great product. Netflix sound is kind of lower than Bluetooth or regular tv but still loud and sounds good. I was iffy on getting one around $100 but it’s worth it!

Great low end. The midS and highs are good as well. Love the Dolby Atmos integration. Easy set up. Works great with TCL brand TVs and other brands as well

I don’t understand the negative reviews of this sound bar. Can’t believe the value at this price point. The sound is incredible, the connectivity is exceptional. This pairs especially well with a TCL tv. Buy this sound bar!

Great sound and space saving unit. It paired well with my 55” TCL tv. Easy setup and connectivity for tv or Bluetooth music.

Replaced my 12 year old TV and was disappointed to find out the new one didn't have the 3.5mm jack and couldn't control the sound bar volume over the optical port. My old sound bar didn't have an hdmi port and probably predated eARC. I found an eARC adapter thing with a 3.5mm jack that allowed the TV remote to control the sound bar volume, but it was pretty cludgy and added a hissing to the audio that was unbearable. Saw this TCL sound bar for $99 during the black Friday sales and picked it up after finding out that my new TCL TV should be able to control it with the remote via eARC without the adapter since this sound bar has HDMI. It works like a charm and even shows the volume level percentage on screen which the adapter wouldn't do. It sounds at least as good as my old sound bar and has some nice settings the old one didn't that help dialog stand out better on movies and such. Definitely recommend if you've got a TCL TV with eARC.

Purchased this soundbar for my 55 inch TCL TV with Roku. Connecting to the TV was easy. I like the fact that the subwoofer has a wireless connection. The sound is terrific compared to my previous soundbar. Seems to be of good quality. If you need a good soundbar with a subwoofer this is a good purchase for the price point.

Unexpected good sound in both watching movies or listening to music from television app. Works flawlessly on my TCL tv & easy connection. Offers good value for it’s price for a small room.

I picked up the TCL S55H to go with my 55-inch Samsung TV, and honestly, I'm blown away by what you get for the price. Setup & Compatibility: Setup was straightforward. I connected it via HDMI ARC to my Samsung, and it worked right out of the box. The Samsung remote controls the volume perfectly, so I didn't need to keep track of the TCL remote. The soundbar is the perfect width for a 55-inch TV—it doesn't stick out on the sides, and it's low profile enough that it doesn't block the bottom of the screen or the IR sensor. Sound Quality: This is where the S55H shines. For a budget 2.1 system, the wireless subwoofer packs a serious punch. Action movies shake the room in a way I didn't expect at this price point. The dialogue is clear, and the soundbar fills my living room easily. The Remote: I was actually happy to see the remote includes dedicated buttons for bass and treble adjustment. I was able to tweak the EQ to my liking in about 30 seconds. Pros: · Incredible bass for the price. · Fits perfectly under a 55-inch Samsung. · Samsung remote works via HDMI ARC. · Easy to adjust sound settings. Cons: · The subwoofer cable is a bit short if you want to hide it behind furniture (it's wireless signal-wise, but needs to plug into power). · At very high volumes, there is slight distortion, but I rarely push it that far. Verdict: If you want huge sound without spending huge money, the TCL S55H is the one. It completely upgraded my movie and gaming experience on my Samsung TV. Highly recommended.

Bought one a year ago. Great sound and the subwoofer is excellent. Decided to buy a second one a week ago. TCL customer support is the best, bar none. I also have a TCL TV. It's now 3 years old. But when I call TCL they are happy to help resolve the issue without any problem. Many others won't because it is out of warranty. TCL even calls back to confirm that the device is working properly.

This particular soundbar with wireless Subwoofer did an upgrade to my present system. Easy setup and did wonders to present system.

I purchased this 2.1 channel soundbar on a whim as I was having friends over for a movie night in my new home and wanted something with a little more 'oomph' than the speakers in that came with my TCL TV. It was $40 off, has BT for using with my phone, came with a 1-year warranty, and I liked that it claimed to integrate well with my TCL TV. Having spent a better part of my life as a sound enthusiast, and a part-time-DJ, I didn't expect to be impressed whatsoever by a system with a 5.5" driver for the wireless sub. I use a Mackie 18" powered subwoofer with my PA system, so it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to bass. However, overall, the sound that comes from this system is actually quite impressive! Will it shake the walls and give you heart palpitations? No, and you shouldn't be expecting that from something this size and price. But it will add a fullness to your audio that no TV speakers are going to touch. The soundbar itself is quite hefty and feels very premium. The sub is somewhat lightweight and doesn't feel quite as premium, but it's small and won't be the center of attention right below the screen like the soundbar. Something I didn't expect was a complete remote that has some additional functions, and when you connect the system via eARC, the remote will allow you to control the TV volume. Speaking of connections, setup was a breeze. If your TV is not recognizing it via the eARC HDMI port, try a different HDMI port first. That prompted the system to recognize it and asked me to plug it into the eARC HDMI port. The wireless sub instantly paired with the soundbar, but I understand if necessary you can manually pair it. One tiny gripe miss is that there is an orange status LED on the back of the sub to indicate power/connection. It slowly pulses at all times. Hardly noticeable as it's not particularly bright, but some might find it irritating reflecting off whatever is behind the sub. If it was just a solid-lit LED that would be less distracting. The overall system can get VERY loud and I did not detect any distortion. I definitely feel like I got more than my money's worth out of this little system and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small upgrade for their AV setup.

Bought this for my daughter as a gift. She says that it sounds good in her small apartment. Was very pleased with how easy it was to set up and get working. Would purchase again.

Used in my dealership shop for a while but the sub was to strong had my managers office vibrating at only 20% all the way across the williams dealership now used at my house on our flat screen and the voice amplifier is amazing i honestly hate watching tv on any of our others does very well at leveling out sounds like gunshots and rave scenes and still being able to understand what everyones saying very crisp
