I forget the name of the rep who helped us. Never less, he was knowledgeable and did a great job upgrading 2 Samsung S7 phones to The IPhone 12. The whole process took ~ 1/2 hour to transfer the data. In the past, it has taken close to 3 hours.

Honestly I hate having a case on my iPhone but I don’t have the kind of money to just not. Anyhow compared to the clear case I bought from Verizon this cases designed is nice. However I still feel like it could be a little slimmer even though after accidentally dropping my phone once it held up nicely. I’m sure my phone will stay without scratches & dents as long as this case stays on.

Fair protection but slippery to hold. Not sure that this is the best concept.

The case does what it is supposed to and it was easy to put on.

Easy to put on the phone. It's nice and slim so it doesn't make my phone feel bulky once it is on. I selected the clear case and I love the way it looks on my phone. Has been very durable so far and I am willing to buy it again

Good and strong clear case and that protects phone well

Very flexible case, but fits very tight, making taking it off very difficult. I was worried about damaging the iPhone when I needed to take it off. Perhaps if they’d left the bottom quarter of the case open it would have helped in removing the case, and cleaning the screen.

Great item, no issue pressing buttons. Barely adds any weight or width to the phone. And way cheaper than any other case offering.

I was looking for a clear cover so the green iPhone would show through. Been using this case for about a month and no complaints. I’ve dropped my phone several times and seems to be fine. Button covers all work well.

This case is really well made. The second one of this brand that we have bought for our cell phones and it never lets us down. It’s fairly drop resistant and holds up well over time. Recommend!

excellent customer service both in acquiring 2 Iphone 12 Pro's and walking us through the trade-in process. the mobile phone crew took their time getting us the best deals and kept promises made.

Looks attractive and very sturdy. I like the idea that the case is scratch free. It is also very light which is important to me. Price also was competitive. Would give it a 5 star.

This case is great. I am able to use the buttons on the phone with this case, which is more than I can say for the case I had purchased where I bought my new iPhone. I highly recommend it.

I really like this clear case specifically because it doesn’t change color from being your pocket like some other brands’ clear cases do. Protects your phone very well.

Sturdy. I love the fact that it’s clear so my phone color still comes through. These are nice but not as expensive as OtterBox or LifeProof

Good experience! The BB tech was helpful, not pushy, listened as much as talked. It's why we have used BB since the early '90's for our tech purchases.
