Plastic is not as strong as rubberized cases. For maybe $15 more I should have purchased a more expensive one.

Nice case but it has its flaws

Scratches very easily and had a rainbow effect that happened on the back. Maybe I just got a bad batch but that’s my experience.

Construction is good, but...

The buttons were too sensitive; I keep my phone in a hip pouch, and any time I had to bend down or sit, the pressure would cause the buttons to depress on both sides of the phone, turning on the Emergency SOS, which I would have to cancel, then I would have to type out my password because the emergency feature also locks the phone out of face recognition. I turned the SOS off automatic, but my phone would still lock me out. I went with a Speck.

Disappointed

The new cover is hard as a rock. The edges are sharp and i feel certain if i ever dropped my phone it would not protect the screen or the phone. The case plastic was so hard i had a very difficult time pressing the buttons on the left and right side of the phone. I ended up purchasing the Otter Box thin case and absolutely love it! Have some work to do on this Tech21 - too bad. Loved my first Tech21.
