The buttons are not helpful. I inadvertently activated some emergency functions on a bumpy road. The buttons are covered as opposed to cut out.

Had all types of blotches when I bought it. Smudging spread when I tried to wipe it off. Very cheap quality and overpriced!

Nice clear case, but it can scratch easily, I am used to getting Otter Brand and think Otter is much better.

This case is just what a case should be. It is simple and easy to apply to the phone. It shows off the phone's looks, and offers great dope protection. I use my phone frequently for work, so it's always in my hand. That makes for some unfortunate drops. So far, this case has kept my phone safe despite my clumsiness. The best part is that after a month of heavy use, I haven't seen any signs of yellowing that are common with clear cases.

Case is great however the power button leaves much to be desired. It doesn't click like the power buttons do

The case is pretty slim, so it’s adding protection without adding a lot of bulk. It puts the emphasis on protection on the sides and corners, and the inside construction of the case has these ridges that disperse impact energy. When looking at it from the side, these ridges appear as lines all down the sides and top and bottom. So not a crystal clear view of the phone from those angles, but you’re getting more drop protection than a case that doesn’t have them. The back is pretty clear, I’d say 90% clear, so no issues with blurring or frosting of the color way of your iPhone. Tech21 cases also have a nice smooth finish, but they have a grippy, almost tactile element about them, so you never have to worry that the phone is going to be too slippery when in this case. The grip is very nice and offers a very secure feeling in the hand. The one drawback I see in this case, is the case fits more on the “loose” side. Now I’m not worried at all that the phone is going to slip out of the case at all, but I usually prefer a more snug fitting case. One where the phone might need a little bit of effort to fit securely inside. My iPhone dropped right in with little to no effort. Main symptoms of that to me are the sides can flex if small pressure is placed on them, and the buttons have a loose feel to them, not the secure snug feel I like to have. Overall it’s a great case and gets the job done with a minimalist footprint and nice, mostly clear appearance.

The Tech21 Pure Clear Case for an iPhone 11 Pro Max really could be a replacement for spending up to $299 for an AppleCare+-level of coverage. After all, I don't know about you, but since I always have my phone with me (I've never lost an iPhone since I began purchasing the devices with the iPhone 3G), the biggest risk is with it falling or in some way getting bumped -- which has happened several times. With this case, I get complete protection -- around the corners, on the back, and with extended edges, on the front -- for that which I'd have to pay for the most, physical damage. So, to me, getting a case like the Tech21 Pure Clear Case (which also reveals my phone's color and leaves room for the incredible camera stack) is a no-brainer in comparison to the amount of money Apple wants for accidental drop coverage. And it doesn't get in the way of using the phone!

Daughter likes the case and says it protective. So far no issues.

I thought that this case would be like their other cases they sell which are soft durable cases. When I had bought this product I didn't like that it was a hard case. I'm the type of person that likes the softer silicone cases because it won't scratch as easily.

I purchased this case to protect my new iPhone 11 max pro. I previously owned a Tech21 case and was very happy with it. This one however is very stiff. Many times when I try to shut the phone off (button on right upper side) it takes a screen shot.
