Not adequately for the purpose it is needed to protect my camera

I typically love the Tech21 Evo brand/model. I’ve been using variations of their Evo line of cases for years now and I normally LOVE them. I just upgraded from an iPhone X to the 11 Pro and I have to say I’m disappointed with the functionality of the latest Evo Check case. The buttons are way too easily pressed with little to no pressure leaving me accidentally turning the volume up and down, taking screenshots and activating Siri randomly throughout the day. What’s worse is I train for marathons running 6 miles a day holding the phone in my hand, and now that’s not even close to an option with this case. I hope Tech21 realizes this is a problem and launches a new line of Evo cases with non-removeable buttons similar to their older Evo lines.

As the title states, I love Tech 21. I peddle their cases at work like they’re pure gold. However, I’m very unhappy with the minimal camera protection this year. The lip around the camera on iterations of this case from previous years was thick enough to ensure the camera lenses didn’t scrape across any surface when the phone is laid down. This year, it’s barely there at all. I live in Florida, in the country, and there is sand everywhere. I also do woodworking and other things outside, quite often. I never had to worry about setting my phone down on a table or work bench with previous Tech 21 cases. This year, I do. Disappointed in that, but as usual, the feel and the look of the case is super sleek. If still recommend it for people, if they’re not worried about an accidental scratch on the camera.
