The Tech21 - EVO CHECK Case for Apple® iPhone® 8 - Smokey/Black was easy to install and fit securely to the phone. It was nice and trim, not as bulky as some other cases we looked at.

Pleasing color that is easy to locate in case you forgot where you left your phone. Not many things are this color, yet it is not glaringly ugly. It’s easy to grip & hold. Slim, yet very protective. Does require a protective film for the glass front of the iPhone.

I bout this case for my iPhone 7 it’s light weight but protects my phone very well.

My first tech 21 lasted 4.5 years. Love the protection, look and feel.

I have wrapped almost all of my iPhones in Tech21 cases in the past, and now my iPhone X is living comfortably in one. The case is very slim, with a nice "grippy", gel-like texture - no extra bulk. Don't let the slimness fool you...it really does provide great protection with a high drop rating. The side buttons are also covered by the case, but it does not impede the functionality - the buttons press nicely. I have no complaints whatsoever.

If it works, why four stars? The bottom section is a bit soft and flimsy, so it's not 5 stars...other than that, the claims are 100% accurate. While riding my road bike at about 20 mph, the phone fell off the mount, it hit the wheel spokes and then the pavement; the case was scratched in three of the four corners but no damage to the phone. I did not have a screen protector at the time and the screen was perfect with no scratches. Best part, it's not a bulky case...its fairly slim and looks good. I ordered a new one cause I don't like the scratches on the case...really good product!

Tech21 cases provide good protection from drops and are very durable. I had one for my iPhone 5 and it lasted four years. I liked it so much I got one form my new phone. By contrast, i had a competitors for my 3GS and had to replace it a couple of times in the three years I had that phone because the case started coming apart. I don't like the boxy cases because I carry my phone in my front pocket and it is too bulky. But I want some level of protection. Obviously I try to by very careful with my phone but I would guesstimate I dropped my iphone5 about five or six times in the four years I had it and the Tech21 worked like a champ each time...no damage.

Case was exactly as expected, lightweight, not bulky and protects phone well.

This is a good quality case that fits my iPhone 8 well without adding a lot of extra bulk or weight

Good protection for someone that is looking for a cheap protector
