Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My brand new phone was dropped accidentally about 3 feet from a tile floor hitting on one corner of the phone, bounced once and there was absolutely no damage! I’m so thankful I purchased it the same day I purchased my phone and had it put on my phone before I left the store!

Good cover

The only part I don't like is the mesh part on the back of the cover. When I take it off I see these mesh lines on the back of my phone. I would have prefer cleaner lines instead of those lines. Not sure if the mesh is there to offer better protection but if not the cover could do without. Also to get access to the switch is a bit difficult and normally I have to take off the cover to do that. Overall the cover is pretty sturdy.

My new iPhone8 has stayed in my shirt pocket!

The back is textured, with diagonal linear patterns. So far, so good. Excellent! The black coloration also matches my iPhone8 space gray color. My earlier iPhone protector was a "bumper."
