Great phone, but size hinders calls

Because of the size, it is hard for people to hear you when you are talking on the phone. We have decided it is because of the length of he phone and my size. I am a 5'7". When people call, most people cannot hear me unless the phone is on speaker and the phone away from me and I am speaking directly into the speaker. I have alleviated this with Bluetooth headphones, but it is a hassle to have to use them when making phone calls. Other than that, I love the phone.
