Nice case, but...

I used the same Tech21 case on my last two iPhones for 4 years so I know they hold up well. I purchased this case when I got my iPhone Xs. I specifically ordered the case for the Xs, but I was sent an X case. It works, but I have had people tell me it is hard to hear me sometimes. This may be because the case is made for the X and it covers the microphone just a little bit. Overall this case is good, but I wish Best Buy would have sent me the Xs case and not the case for the X.
