Buttons are kinda stiff to push But otherwise good

Not quite as clear as I would prefer but it offers good protection.

I’ve owned tech 21 cases for the last four phones I’ve owned. Always superior quality and no issues ever with wireless charging. I got this one for free as a promotion along with a screen protector. Only a four star rating due to color. It’s labeled white but this one is ivory. Not a huge issue but none the less I had to find something to complain about! LOL

Had an old "super-protective" case by a major name in cases, but the cover made the buttons on the phone extremely difficult to use. This one looks better, fits better, and allows normal use of the phone's buttons. I'm a believer!

I had an iphone 8 previous to buying the iphone xs. had the same case but made for the 8. I liked that case so much on my old phone that i bought it again for this phone. Tech 21 is high quality protection and works really well.

This case looks good on my wife’s phone and is very protective.

Good case. Easy to clean. We preferred the Apple case instead.

I loved the look, weight, and profile of this case but the plastic on the buttons is very hard to press. Part of the problem in the design is that your finger has to be precisely/awkwardly placed to make it work. Someone with larger and stronger hands may not have the same issue.

This product does a pretty good job protecting my cell phone.

Upgraded to a new iPhone and needed great protection from harm

This is a great lightweight non bulky choice for an IPhone X.

The ease of using this product made it more appealing.

Cheaper than most cases but holds up just as well.

The reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the way the case feels on my hands. It feels like it might slip and fall off my hands. I find myself putting my phone against an object to view without holding and this case it just slides. On the positive It looks very durable and looks awesome. It clear and you can see the phone right through the case.

The case looks and fits great on my iPhone Xs, but the button covers built into it make it annoyingly difficult to access the power and volume buttons. I'm getting use to pressing harder than I'd expect, so it may become a non-issue, but for the first few days I had to keep double checking to see if I might be missing the buttons.
