    Found some important information wasn't transferred & could have been lost if I didn't see. Wasn't made aware that this could happen and made a couple trips back to store. I am a senior who needs more "hands-on" when being shown and also do not know what questions to ask about a new product. Calls break up both in my home and on the road. I had turning in a Galaxy Note 8 in hopes the I phone was going to be easier. I do like the cute mimojes when sending texts and pictures taken have great quality.

    The new phone is wonderful I am just not used to that tapping to get into the phone versus pressing a button on the bottom of an iPhone other than that the phone is great
