Overall, I thought this was an okay case. It provides the needed drop protection BUT it is so slippery/slick, it makes it easy to slide off surfaces and slip out of your hands. Since there were no gripping surfaces on this case, I returned it.

Really love the look of this case & fit was good. However, I was disappointed that it was more on the slippery side & wasn't as "grippy" as my previous Tech 21 cases. I ended up returning it & went with a Speck case.

Quality has really gone down over the years for Tech21. I purchase a case for every single Samsung phone I've had since the Note 3. Upgrading my phone every year and thinking it was protected with Tech21. Never had problems in the past but recently got the note 9. dropped it on his back from less than two and a half feet off the ground (my lap). The back screen cracked all the way across the phone. It does not protect the phone as advertised from so-called "10 foot drop protection". In short, don't waste your money on a case that won't protect your phone from a 2 and 1/2 foot drop. Buy a better quality Case like OtterBox.

The case complements the Note9 very well but the buttons down the sides are stiff and hard to press. They might loosen up over time but I've switched to a different case.

I did not have this on my brand new Note 9 four whole days before I had to buy a better one on Amazon for more than half the price I paid for this one at Best Buy ( I did buy this one so I would not take a big risk of dropping my very expensive new phone with no protection). I tried to return it but was faced with an outrageous restocking fee. I took the lose and went elsewhere. The case would not stay fitted to the phone mainly on the bottom end as it would easily peel off the phone. I discovered the case was somewhat severely deformed on that end to cause me the major aggravation. I might have just gotten one that got past quality control, but that should have never happen. The one I have now that only cost me $9.99 has a kickstand and is very solid on the phone. No peeling off with the one I have now.

It's just another phone cover. The bottom stretches over time when you pull it out of your pocket so it does get saggy like most of the other brands. I wont be paying 50.00 again that's for sure. Especially when the case doesn't even come with even protection in the first place.

Overall good cute soft shell case. Like better than hard shell. Doesn't extend above the screen on the sides which I don't like.

My phone has been dropped a few times and is still unscathed but feel like I need something a little more heavy duty

This case was ok but I took it back because the bottom was flimsy and I didn't think it would protect my phone very much.

The case showed fingerprints really bad and is the same quality as a much cheaper cast from other online retailers.

Although the case is well made and looks durable, it just lacks the high to protect your front screen. I spent the extra money and got me an Otterbox box instead; got to protect my investment, afterall we're talking about a Note 9 here.

I've had this case for about 2 weeks now & it's starting to loosen up on the bottom.

Good case. I've been happy with it but wish there were more color choices.
