Scratched my $1000 phone

I just took it off to clean the phone and the inside of the case. The lower left hand corner beside the screen is sharp. Looked at it more, and realized the phone is scratched. Ugh. I have used cases on my phones forever, even on though I'm not a big fan of cases. First case ever to scratch my phone. For a $50 case, this is horrible

Bottom fit

Horrible product

It indicated that it's for the note 9 but the protective portions for the buttons on the phone don't line up. I have to remove the case to operate the buttons. It didn't protect my phone at all. I dropped my phone the other day and now it's cracked and damaged.
