It is still thick. I wish they should have made it thinner.

I bought this for my wife, because she always breaks her phones and this is one of the best cases there is. She loved the Orchid!

This was the first case I got from Tech21. I bought this a day or so after I got my Note 9... All in all, I was just looking for something to protect my phone temporarily. Basically until I found something else. It was okay at first, but I found that the entirety of the case scratches very easily. You could move it slightly on a desk or a smooth table and it would still probably be scratched. That being said, you'd be better off getting an Otterbox or a Speck case.

After researching for a new case for my Samsung note 9, I ordered this one thinking that it would be perfect. I like the look, and the feel of it, but after 2 days of using it, I notice some fingerprints on the back that wouldn't wipe off. It was on the inside. I took off the case to wipe the prints and that's when I noticed that this case scratched my phone around the edges. It is very rough inside, around the edges and it messed up my brand new phone. I would not recommend it to any body, in fact, I would strongly discourage this purchase. The case is supposed to protect your phone not damage it. I am beyond disappointed with Tech21

I tried two different series of this product and returned both. I have this for my wife's Note 8 and it fits great for that phone but not the Note 9. The bottom where the ports are pretty much flaps in the wind. I can't trust that to protect my phone. I tried evo check and the clear case. They both fit equally loose on the bottom and the clear case was very slippery. I can't believe there are this many positive reviews for a poorly made case.
