I have very high faith in Tech21, as this is not the first case I've bought. I have been using this brand exclusively since my Galaxy S5.

I was looking for an Otterbox Symetry like mine, but there were none on the shelf. Saw this one and the sales rep said that it was really durable and shock resistant, even though it feels like soft rubber... My wife likes it and so far, so good...
