Great case there have not been any issues with it.

Love the way the case is made but both times I received the cases they were stretched out at the bottom

I use my phone gently, but somehow managed to crack the screen protector. This case is not, as best as I can tell, responsible for that. The case is light and I am concerned that, if I drop the phone, the unreinforced corners will expose the phone and screen to damage. If I find a case like this with better corner and edge protection, I will buy it.

This phone case is great dropped the phone a few times already and no crack screen or scratches

The case added some color to my phone and drop protection.

Needed an unlocked phone for international use. It does everything I need it to do.

Doesnt cause the tempered glass screen protectors to pop off like the otter box

It's a case that's supposed to be protective. Thankfully I haven't had to test it.

The case complements the Note9 very well but the buttons down the sides are stiff and hard to press. They might loosen up over time but I've switched to a different case.

I did not have this on my brand new Note 9 four whole days before I had to buy a better one on Amazon for more than half the price I paid for this one at Best Buy ( I did buy this one so I would not take a big risk of dropping my very expensive new phone with no protection). I tried to return it but was faced with an outrageous restocking fee. I took the lose and went elsewhere. The case would not stay fitted to the phone mainly on the bottom end as it would easily peel off the phone. I discovered the case was somewhat severely deformed on that end to cause me the major aggravation. I might have just gotten one that got past quality control, but that should have never happen. The one I have now that only cost me $9.99 has a kickstand and is very solid on the phone. No peeling off with the one I have now.

purchased for husband who didn't like the slim feel, felt flimsy to him. Ultimately returned for folio.
