Very bulky and heavy. It's made hard to listen someone while on phone, it cover ur phone speaker and mic.

Best Buy is one of the only places to consider when it comes to tech needs

This case caught my attention online and I just had to check it out because I've had a bit of trouble finding a case that is very protective that allows you to still use the phone without compromise. The way this case fits together is unique. Once assembled it's very sturdy. I love the look and texture! The screen shield sits extremely flat to the screen and has NO gap. The touch ID has worked 99% of the time. And I've not had any dust get into the case behind the screen shield. Another feature I love is the mute switch. There is no plug to have to open up. It's just a little button you slide and cannot accidentally do. I've tried several cases so far and the one I wanted to love was the Otterbox Defender. So if you're looking for that type of protection but can't handle screen gaps and such. Give this a try and I'm positive you won't regret it. Also comes with a belt clip. But I don't use belt clips so I can't speak for that. The case is not that bulky and is very comfortable in a pocket. Very impressed and pleased with it! Well worth every penny.

Only had case for a short period and it broke. Did not hold up well.

Thought it was like an otterbox so I bought it. Case was hard to get on and off phone and while taking off phone it cracked my screen

The screen is hard to use with this case to big and bulky and don't really protect as well as it should

Good bye Otterbox, hello Tech21. I really like the case so far. I do prefer something thinner but you get more protection with this case and I'm not worried about dropping it. Only thing I didn't like was the screen protector as you lost some clarity and there was a small air gap. I took out the protector and applied a tempered glass screen protector and that is much better. My phone is now well protected.

After getting my phone I was only offered a case (Otterbox Commuter) at Verizon that did not make me feel ok with dropping my phone. I work in the military and my phone tends to get tossed around a lot. Being as this case has a 13FT drop protection, 360 case protection (dust & splash proof) I feel a bit more ok. Size wise the case was barely bigger compared to the Otterbox slim commuter case so that was a good surprise. I read other reviews of older versions of the Tech21 Patriot and only complaints I saw were from volume buttons sticking (on a Android phone version) but I have zero issue with that after testing it for some time. The only thing I did notice right off the bat after installation was how the apple home button is much more flush now since being protected with a layer, but it does not hinder it from working or reading finger print.

I wasnt a fan of the big, bulky cases or their price. I went to BB, saw the Tech21 Patriot, tried it out and was impressed. The fact that its rated to protect my 6+ from a 13' drop sealed the deal. Like others I had trouble setting up fingerprint recognition however once configured it works without fail. The secret: You have to press down on the home button with your your finger (or in my case, thumb) a little harder than you would without a case. I also set up my thumbprint with the cover on. The mute button switch is well engineered, the case is aesthetically pleasing and doesnt add too much bulk (i have big hands, however). I give it 4.5 stars only because sometimes swiping up/down is slightly less responsive.

This case seemed good. But the front film caused phone to be near impossible to see in sunlight or strong light.

Have always been on the search for a "perfect case" and thought I found it...almost! I had an issue with the film over the TouchID sensor. When i first put it on, it made the home button awkward to press and there was no "click" whenever I pressed it. It also did not work at all scanning my fingerprint. I tried to delete and readd all of my fingerprints with the film, however the phone didn't recognize it as a valid print whatsoever. The second issue is with the microphone. While it sounds decent talking, any movement of your fingers on the case will be audible to the person you're talking with. I switch my phone from left to right ear often when talking for a while, and every time I did so the person I was speaking with asked if I dropped the phone. Also, every time I slid my finger up or down an inch the caller asked if I was still there. Unfortunately, the microphone was a deal breaker for me. Otherwise, the case feels great and looks great, and I had no issues with the screen protector.

I bought this for my iPhone 6s+. I wanted something that would give the phone good protection from drops and scratches. I'm convinced that it is capable of providing good protection, but the manufacturing quality is poor. There's a screen protector built into it, but when the protector was affixed to the front frame of the case it was noticeably rippled. It's easy to see with your eyes, and easy to feel with your fingers. It keeps the protector from fitting closely to the screen, which means the touch feature doesn't work easily. I'm taking it back.

I bought this because it had a screen protector included. I read some reviews and expected it to be better. The screen is loose fitting. The fingerprint scanner is problematic. It rarely works. I have deleted and rescanned my thumbprint several times. It will work immediately after scanning, but will stop. I think the screen prevents scanning. The case seems fine and feels okay in your hand. I haven't dropped the phone so I can't comment on the protection if dropped. I owned a ballistic case for my 4s and it worked much better than this. For the price I expected more than just okay.

Really tough case and looks very durable. I bought this to protect my iPhone 6s Plus. Unfortunately, I will be returning this case. Once assembled, the clear plastic that covers the touch screen bows up all over the place and you have to deliberately push hard to get the touches to even register on the screen. It's really a shame because I think the case would really protect the body well. I need one that has a belt clip and this one has that too. It costs WAY less that a life proof case. I tried using it without the clear front, thinking I would just use a Zagg skin to protect the screen, but it makes the back piece too loose and the device doesn't fit tight into the back without the clear front piece. I started thinking maybe I would just get the Zagg skin and cut out the clear plastic and use it like that, but sheesh, why not just get a case that will work right the first time like a Ballistic or Griffin?
