No protection. Back glass unknowingly shattered.

I am so upset. I have no idea when this happened and don't even recall when it fell. The "bumper" corner shattered badly and led cracks in the glass all the way up the top of the phone. Awful. I wish I hadn't went with this case. Also, it is clear and easily micro-scratched. Corners are not comfortable. I could deal with all of the rest though if it hadn't allowed my phone to shatter.

The selection of cases for the Note 10+ were minimal. The only good thing about it is that its clear so it shows off the blue phone, but it smudges easy and any finger prints on the phone itself show through and stand out.

Acceptable protection with one major flaw

It is OK for light protection but there is a large opening on the top of the phone. When I dropped my phone, the opening allowed the top of my phone to get damaged. Returned it to best buy. PS: The Evo case that I replaced had a malfunctioning button. I submitted a warranty about 6 months ago and they basically just said that they cannot process the return because of the lock down. It has been six months already and no word if they ever will replace it.

Never felt like it fit right.

It was a decent case, cool that you can change out the volume and bixbi button colors, but still never felt just right.

If you want this to have the look of your phone but with protection than you might as well run your phone naked it will be no different. It's not very shock resistant and the clear shell will eventually look disgusting. Sure it helps keep your phone from being scratched but if thats the case, look for clear vinyl or something else.
