Cover looks great

It worked great looked great, and did a awesome job protecting the phone. I bought this for my new Note 10+. While taking my phone out of the case, it split at the top of the cover. I returned it.

Cracked under an hour

Didnt do its job

Drop protection claim 100 % false

I droped my phone pulling it out of my pocket. The phone landed directly on the case at the top of the phone. Which thier website shows thier case will protect against. It didnt. The screen on my phone actually and cracked. The screen itself never touch the ground. My coworker saw it as well. He said the same thing. Do not buy this case thinking it will protect your phone from drops. It will not.

Do not get off you want a broken phone

Literally just fell off the couch and cracked. Never again. Bought the case because my otterbox broke, but now I will sit patiently and wait for my new otterbox.

The back of my phone shattered. Also, owned case less than 1 year and the side power button cover has fallen off.

Not the quality I expected

My phone is either in my purse, my coat pocket or my desk there's no reason I should have scratches like this on the case already.

The videos/pictures are not working properly

I can't ever get those moments back and I'm very unhappy about it. My old phone never did that and I had it for 3 years.
