Comes well packaged, you get a very small 6” USB-C to USB-C, very simple instructions, 14 different size ear tips, and a charging case that is nice and compact (fits great in the pocket) and has wireless charging. Follow the instructions on how to insert them in your ear, they lock into place with the proper size ear tips. Download the Audio Connect app, now you can adjust the audio, even with an EQ. You tap on the flat areas of the ear pieces to do different things, like pausing and answering calls, ending calls, adjusting volume and changing noise canceling/Ambient modes. Audio quality is the best of the best, the entire range is just like the best you have ever heard. You can adjust audio to your liking with the EQ or choose (in the app) Normal Bass+ Super Base + Vocal Treble + Dynamic Or custom and you adjust the EQ to your liking You can adjust the noise canceling to your liking. Find headphones, by location or emitting a sound. All done in the app. Phone call audio is top notch, music is perfect, noise canceling is great. Driving with the windows down while on a call is ok and that’s the only flaw I could find. Battery life is great especially with the charging case it comes with. Highly recommended.

After having one pair of these and using them for a few weeks, my wife tried them and loved how they fit and worked with her Android phone. So, we got another set and got the ones that have the bigger woofer and the case has the ability to do the wireless charging. These come with 7 different sets of ear cushions, so it was easy to find the exact ones to fit her ears. After the initial charging of these, it was an easy pair to her phone. I downloaded the Technics Audio Connect app and it is full of sound adjustments, automatic noise cancelling adjustments and so much more. The app even has a 'Find Headphones' section that will emit a sound from the earbuds or it will also show the last know location that you can see on a map. These earbuds can connect up to 3 different devices simultaneously, the headphones automatically connects to the last connected device. The noise cancelling on these are amazing, when mowing grass or in any other noisy environment, the noise reduction is incredible. When listening to music on these, my wife says that these are the best earbuds that she's ever had. When using them making calls, the people that she was talking to did not know that she was using earbuds, the mic on these are great.

I've been using Sony WF-1000XM3 and *XM4 the past few years. I decided to try the Technics instead of the Sony *XM5, especially after trying and being pleased with the Technics EAH-A800 circumaural bluetooth headphones. It pairs quickly with my S23+ phone, The features of the app that I use work well. Audio quality is well balanced and pleasing with no fatigue even after many hours of continuous listening. The fit is very comfortable. Noise cancelling is excellent. And so is battery life.

The Technics Premium HiFi True Wireless Earbuds are a good set of earbuds to be use daily. You are able to take calls on them and the sound quality is great. The case feels solid, and they hold charge amazingly well. Only issue or recommendation is do not use them to exercise they do not do well with sweat. The build quality and details of the design speak for themselves on how well built these are. They come with 7 different options for ear fitment and feel very comfortable. Paring is very simple and the app makes it so much easier, not to mention the additional options that the app allows you to personalize your listening experience. The noise canceling works to perfection, and may be adjusted using the app. The weight these have make them feel like a solid build. The case is small enough to fit in your pocket and makes it so simple to carry around and just have it available when needed. The case itself will hold charge and charge you earbuds back up when not in use, extending the battery life even longer.

These Technics AX80 earbuds have a clarity I haven’t experienced with other earbuds, except from another model number of Technics earbuds. I love that you simply take them out of the charging carrier and put in your ears. No on/off buttons simply put them in your ears and they are “on”. Then go to the Bluetooth area on the mobile phone and it pairs immediately. Easy! The earbuds will say “pairing” and there will be a little twinkle sound. If the phone becomes unavailable they will say “disconnecting”. I left the phone in my office and walked into the kitchen, maybe 30 feet away and the music kept playing. The music is so clear and crisp. You hear every instrument. I made a few phone calls using the earbuds. I heard the other person clear as day. One person was on a speaker phone and the other person was holding the phone to their ear speaking. One of my friends got to hear me spend the first ten minutes of the call going on and on about how great these Technics earbuds are. I’ve never given an unsolicited recommendation before!

These earbuds were a bit disapointing let me start with the positives the case and design where nice gave a rich feel they fit good with lots of tip sizes and pairing to 3 devices nicley the bad the app was kind of bland and the volume was sooooo quiet i was looking loud rich sound hearing quality frequencies high and low these were way to quiet no bass even after adjusting phone settings and earbud settings even tryed on multiple devices and horrible

It is good and I can use it to hear my music and stuff. 10/10 would buy again.
