Only time I can hear clearly the bad, mid and highs is when I press them closer to my ear. Now I the volume is stuck and can’t turn up high enough to block out at least some of the outside noise. What’s the point if great audio if you can’t hear it? Taking it in to have Geeks look at it. Disappointed.

Good sound but not worth the price

Great product, terrible seller (Best Buy)

They have no problem wasting 9+ hours of your time refusing to honor the word of their chat/phone support, and even their "executive resolution" team will acknowledge that the experience is "not what they want for their customers" but still refuse to do anything to make it right. Looking at you "Elida", who had the power to fix this but refused. Don't waste your time with Best Buy, they won't support you as a customer.

A waste of money

They were one of the more expensive options, but the quality out of the box was top notch. Panasonic had outdone themselves with their multi pairing capabilities and the overall range of sound quality. Unfourtunately, just like other reviews warned me about and I chose to ignore. After about 3~4 months, the headphones began to drop volume significantly and now are almost barely usable. They also have begun to have issues holding a charge without cleaning the charging contacts and forcing them into their slots. I have had many pairs of bluetooth earbuds. These were the most expensive ones I have ever purchased, and for the price they are not worth it. I also found out when trying to get these serviced, that Panasonic does not support them directly in any way, and the local repair shops their support articles led me to would not return my calls or my emails, even when I was asking to pay whatever price to have them serviced.
