Hello, Alga! We are sorry to read about this negative experience. In such situations, please ensure that the earbuds are properly connected to your device via Bluetooth and disconnect and reconnect to refresh the connection. Check both the device's volume and the volume on the earbuds to make sure they are set high enough. Additionally, we advise testing the earbuds with a different device to see if the issue persists. -C Panasonic

Although it comes with a manual in the box, it’s too small to read. I hunted down a PDF manual from the Panasonic website. The case is compact with a flat bottom and can be charged wirelessly or via a short USB-C cable. No charger is provided. The package includes a variety of smaller tips as well as medium, large, and extra large tips. The mediums are default. There is a test within the app to measure whether the tips you are using will provide the best Active Noise Cancelling. I tried these before but was never happy with the fit. I think they might have modified the shape of the concha for a smoother fit in the ear. They weigh 7 grams each, but are very comfortable. The manual indicates that the buds can be paired to up to 10 different devices. Multipoint works with only 3 devices simultaneously. If you choose to use the LDAC codec for premium sound, then you can only connect to two devices. What is unique is this within the app is that you can configure the connection announcement to identify which device is connected, which I haven’t seen on other true wireless earbuds. The buds paired easily with the first device (an Android smart phone), then android tablet connected effortlessly. They even tried to connect to a different android tablet I didn’t want to connect to. Finally connected to a Windows Desktop required more manual intervention. Connecting to a Windows desktop was challenging, since it wouldn’t completely disconnect when I wanted to go back to listening on my smartphone. One thing I wasn’t happy with was the sound of my own voice when using my cellphone for calls. There is an option in the app called “Just My Voice test” which will tell you how you will sound to your callers. However when making calls while listening to music with noise cancelling on, I don’t hear my voice through the headphones the way my caller would. Switching to ambient is better; however I find I prefer open ear buds for long phone calls. Listening to music using the LDAC codec was superb! All things considered, this is a solid choice for premium buds, and, they look pretty sweet too!

These are my new favorite earbud. They have a premium look and feel and incredible sound. The first thing I notices when taking these out of the box is the incredible fit and finish. They look very high end and premium and the case feels solid in the hand. They are very comfortable to wear. I've had other ear buds that sound great, but cause ear fatigue after wearing them a short time. I didn't have any issues with that with these earbuds. They stayed in for moderate activity (walking, house work, etc) but I'm not sure how well they would work for running or vigorous exercise. The sound on these is incredible. They highs were crisp without being shrill, and best of all the bass was well-rounded and strong without drowning out the midtones and highs and without the distortion that can sometimes come with strong bass. I wore these on a flight and the noise cancellation effectively drowned out the rumble of the engines (and most of the crying of a small child), so these may stay in my suitcase for travel. Wireless charging works for the case, but it's not going to be a huge issue because battery life is great.

When I think of this brand I think house phones or appliances so I really wasn't sure what to expect out of a higher end earbud. I could not have been more shocked and pleased with the quality of these earbuds. These are made well and the sound that comes out of these is incredible. The app paired with this makes it super easy to update, change settings, switch noise canceling options etc. Setup was super easy and this seems to charge pretty fast and I've been pleased with the battery life so far. I use my earbuds quite a bit and listen to or watch various different things. These earbuds perform beautifully no matter what I'm listening to with them. These fit in your ear slightly differently than a normal ear bud as you twist to get them to sit correctly in your ear. I do find these very comfortable and have been able to wear them for longer periods of time without issue. These are great for bass heavy music and have several eq type settings to swap between to get the most out of your listening experience.

A lot of people will be excited about the great sound quality on these Technics earbuds, or the impressive noise cancelling, or the fact that they’re comfortable to wear with intuitive controls. I’m very happy with those features, for sure, but I’m most excited about their ability to connect to three devices at once. I often travel with my personal phone, my work phone, and a laptop, switching back and forth seemingly endlessly between music or podcasts on my personal phone, work calls on that phone, and video meetings on the computer. Until now, that required some annoying headset switching (either disconnecting from one device, connecting to another, repeat) or carrying a separate headset for the laptop. Finally, I can just put one set of earbuds in, have them confidently announce “Connected” three times in a row, and then just glide effortlessly between devices and audio sources for the rest of the day. It’s INCREDIBLY convenient. The noise cancellation has been great, whether in a busy coffeeshop, an open-floorplan office, the train, etc. I don’t think these will fully replace my over-the ear noise cancelling headphones for long flights, but these did the trick for a short flight, and are obviously a LOT more compact to travel with. Listing to music or podcasts has been very satisfying, and there are a ton of controls in the Technics app to customize the sound to your preferences. In addition to canceling the noise that you hear while wearing them, these earbuds have a feature to reduce background noise around you that others hear while you’re on a voice call – it offers normal or strong options. People seem to be able to hear me quite well with the normal setting. Overall, I’m very happy with these earbuds – for their sound quality, their comfort, their ease of use, and most importantly (at least for me), for their three-at-a-time multipoint connectivity.

Letting you know up front that the bar is high for my headphones. I’ve been using Master & Dynamics MW07 for the past five years and probably checked out five different headphones between now and then but have yet to find something better. This may finally be it. Additionally, the following review is a near exact copy of my review of the AZ80 model as there’s nearly no difference between the two. The differences are that the AZ80 has gold lettering on the case/buds compared to AZ60 having silver. Additionally the AZ80s has three-point connectivity compared to only two-point connectivity with the AZ60s. What that means is that you could theoretically be connected to your laptop and phone at the same time with the AZ80s, but you could only connect with one device at a time with the AZ60s. That’s it as far as I can tell. Out of the box, the packaging is sleek and simple, nothing outlandishly fancy but nice enough where you know you’ve bought a modern product. The case is smooth, not overly heady, and the headphones seemingly came pre-charged which is always a bonus. As is expected for headphones of this caliber, there’s an accompanying app to download, but it’s worth it. Setup surprisingly took 5-10min which isn’t the end of the world, but mostly there’s a firmware update that took a few minutes before you’re off to the races. Once connected, I just turned on Spotify and let whatever was already playing continue on. IMMEDIATELY I noticed how filling and clear the sound was, something that’s hard enough to achieve but even harder with small wireless earbuds like this. If I didn’t know better, I would’ve assumed this was some high end, expensive pair of headphones. Really good stuff. The headphones were snug, fit well, and comfortable. Note that they also come with six additional rubber attachments from XS-XL if you’d like to easily swap out ear pieces for something more comfortable. The headphones also last surprisingly long, roughly around seven hours, depending on if you’re using noise cancellation or not (I do). Once they’re dead though, you can pop them back into the case which seemingly charges them back up to full in about an hour, and the case itself will hold 3-4 full charges. All in all, this was impressive as my normal headphones had a simile sound quality but struggled to last more than two hours. One of the major highlights when it comes to charging is that this supports wireless charging as well. Just set the case on a wireless charger and you’re all set. Very easy. They come with very simple touch controls for wanting to skip songs, pause, turn volume up/down, etc. There’s also an entirely different set of touch controls if you’re using these to make phone calls which I could recommend as they’re not only very comfortable but the both the outgoing and incoming audio sounds great. Additionally they can tell if you take one out of your ear and will pause music if that’s the case. One thing that made these stick out more than most thought comes down to the app which has more customization options than I can recall. They’ve got options to control the bass, treble, etc as most do, but they also have options to change what the touch controls do. They have sliders to determine how much or little noise you want to come through, and one of my favorites is “attention” mode where you can clearly listen to music but it also picks up on voices nearby so you can clearly hear people without taking the headphones off. It’s a no brainer. All said, I’m gushing about these and recommending them. Between the ease, compatibility, connectivity, sound quality on everything, and customization, it’s a no brainer that I’d recommend these. Honestly, unless you need three point connectivity, save the money and get the AZ60s over the AZ80s.

I've tried out a lot of earbuds over the years. These sound pretty great compared to everything else I've tried. I'm not a huge audiophile or anything so I'm sure there's things I'm not hearing but on the surface, they have some good bass and overall sound. Setup is easy as popping the earbuds out of the case and finding them in your bluetooth settings. They'll just work after this but you can install the app for easier control. I was happy the app gave you the option to not create a login if you didn't want to. Updating firmware takes a minute but is pretty painless. Functionally, I was impressed with the amount of bass the ear buds got for their size. Music was pretty enjoyable over all. That was just a flat EQ curve too so you can do more to customize them to sound how you like. You can control most of the functions straight from the earbuds depending on what kind of taps you do to them. A tap and hold on the right toggles noise canceling and transparency modes. tap once, twice or three times to play/pause, next track, previous track. Volume and voice assistant can be controlled with taps/holds on the left. I usually don't get used to tapping gestures on earbuds very quickly but these felt pretty natural to me. I've never seen so many ear tips included in headphones before. I would be impressed if you weren't able to find one to fit your ears right. There's 4 separate small sets of tips along with medium, large and x-large tips. I bumped mine up from the default medium to large and they fit nicely. Noise canceling is going to be the place you notice the right fit the most. Comfort has been good as well. I sort of forget they're in after a little while. Speaking of, the noise canceling works really well and I like how easy it is to toggle on and off with a tap and hold on the right earbud. My noisy environment is a house with small children and it does a pretty good job of blocking sounds completely (when I need to get some work done and there is another adult present with the kids, obviously) when there's music playing. Without music it does a good job of muting most of the ambient sounds while just muffling the rest of the sounds like kids playing or talking. It's, again, easy to just turn off noise canceling when you need to provide some attention as well. Some other functions the headphones provide via the app are a couple of ways to find the headphones if they're missing. I'm not sure how well these would work. You can find the last known location they were connected at which could be helpful if you left them at the gym or something. You can also tell them to start making some noise, but the noise is pretty quiet so you really need to be paying attention to find them. Overall, I'm impressed with the sound and features of these. They don't try and do too much while still doing what I want them to and sounding great. If these are in your budget, definitely give them a look if you're looking for some earbuds that get out of your way and just sound good.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the new Technics EAH-AZ80 headphones, and I must say, they left quite an impression on me. First and foremost, the multi-point connectivity feature was a real game-changer for me. Being able to seamlessly switch between my iPhone, Macbook and smartwatch without the hassle of re-pairing is a huge convenience. It's a feature I didn't know I needed until I experienced it. This alone would be a win for me, along with the below mention of sound quality. Now, let's talk about the sound quality. Wow! These headphones deliver the best sound quality I've ever heard in a wireless earbud. I found the "Dynamic" sound profile in the Technics app to be best. If you're a music lover or an audiophile, you'll truly appreciate the rich, immersive audio they provide. Whether I was listening to my favorite tracks or watching a movie, the audio quality was exceptional. Build quality is also worth mentioning. The EAH-AZ80 headphones feel sturdy and well-made, and the brushed metal look stands out to me. This is particularly important for true wireless earbuds, as they need to withstand daily wear and tear. The battery life, at 5.5 hours per charge, was decent for my needs. While it may not be the longest-lasting battery out there, it easily gets me through my daily tasks and commutes without any issues. Just remember that battery life can vary depending on your usage patterns. One aspect that stood out to me was the size of the case. It's compact and easy to slip into my pocket or bag, making it incredibly portable. Having the headphones readily available when I need them is a big plus. I'm not sure if cases are made yet to protect it, but still. It's a slim package. Wireless charging is another nifty feature. It eliminates the hassle of dealing with cables and cords. Just place the case on a wireless charger, and you're good to go. Now, there are a couple of things to consider. The noise-canceling technology, while present, isn't as potent as what you'd find in some of the top-tier competitors like the Bose QuietComfort II earbuds. So, if you're in noisy environments frequently, that's something to keep in mind. It's not bad by any means, but if ANC is the biggest priority for you you will want to consider other options. Additionally, the comfort level didn't quite match up to some of the other options I've tried. Comfort is a subjective matter, so your mileage may vary, but for longer listening sessions, it might be something to consider. Now, there were a lot of earbud size options, which was a great plus. The last feature worth noting is that the AZ80 do have an app that you can use to find your lost headphones. This is one of my biggest gripes with other wireless earbuds sans the Airpods line as they don't feature anyway of finding your headphones if they're lost. This feature worked well but wasn't quite as polished or as accurate as Apple's Find My, but good enough to help me. In conclusion, the Technics EAH-AZ80 headphones are an excellent choice if you value multi-point connectivity, outstanding sound quality, good build quality, decent battery life, a compact case, and wireless charging. However, if you prioritize top-tier noise cancellation and ultimate comfort, you might want to explore other options. Personally, the sound quality alone made these headphones stand out for me, and I'd happily recommend them to fellow music enthusiasts.

The Technics Premium HiFi True Wireless Earbuds are among the best earbuds I have ever tried at any price point. I'm pretty demanding of the earbuds I use. I use them with a mobile phone, laptop and desktop computers. One nice feature is that the Technics can be connected to 3 devices at once, so I can seamlessly switch between devices on the fly. Battery life is excellent. I had them out of the case for 9 hours and there was still 30% battery life left, actively listening for about 5 hours. My guess is that the specification of 7.5hrs battery life is accurate or even a little conservative. The case is nice and sleek and fits nicely in your pocket. The earbuds come with 7 (yes 7) different types of gel tips to find the perfect fit for your ears. The noise cancelling ability is truly excellent, the best I have heard (or not heard rather) from any of the earbuds I have tried. Regarding latency, I do not notice any latency with my mobile phone or desktop computer. On the laptop, the earbuds have a very small amount of latency, but to be fair this laptop has never had earbuds without varying degrees of latency and I find the Technics acceptable.

I had the chance to try out the Panasonic Technics Premium HiFi True Wireless Earbuds, and I must say, I'm quite impressed with the overall experience. The noise-canceling feature truly stood out. It managed to block out a significant amount of ambient noise. I was able to take video call at the airport with much background noise (based on feedback from the other person) The 3-device multipoint connectivity was a game-changer for me. Switching between my phone (Pixel 7 pro), tablet (ipad pro), and laptop (dell xps) was seamless. I was able to pick up which device I wanted to listen to. The setup/pairing process was easy. Once it was pair to each device I didn’t have to reconnect each time I wanted to switch device. Wireless charging was another aspect that I found very convenient. The ability to simply place the earbuds on a wireless charging pad and have them charged without dealing with cords was a small but appreciated touch. In terms of comfort, these earbuds didn't disappoint. They fit snugly in my ears and didn't cause any discomfort even during extended use. The ear tips provided a good seal, which enhanced both the audio quality and the noise-canceling effect. Comes with 7 different ear bud plugs, so im pretty sure you can find your fit. Audio quality was impressive as well. The sound was clear, with a good balance between bass and treble. Definitely can tell the difference between “cheaper” earbuds and these. Well worth the extra $$$$. Battery life is ok so far. Though it says about 7 hours. I'm getting around 5 hours but I guess that’s be expect. Overall, the Panasonic Technics Premium HiFi True Wireless Earbuds with Noise Cancelling left a positive impression on me. The combination of noise cancelation, multipoint connectivity, wireless charging, and solid audio quality make them a worthwhile choice for anyone seeking a high-quality wireless earbud experience.

I’d love to like these but unfortunately I got a defective product; at least I think I did. After using it for one day it no longer works and won’t even charge my left earbud. I tried to reset and now it won’t even pair with anything I try. I’ve cleaned the sensors and did everything suggested and it’s complete useless. This is probably one of the worst products I’ve purchased.

I've got to say these new earbuds by Panasonic/Techincs sound great. So great in fact it's a true toss up between these and my Sony 1000XM5 earbuds. I like that the case supports wireless charging, the case is small and about the size of a push to start car key fob. On a single charge I easily get a full week or more of use of of theses earbuds no problem. These aren't the smallest earbuds with noise cancelling on the market, but they're not the biggest either. These have truly great sound with deep base, regardless of music genre. These come with numerous sizes of earbuds tips for large to xs tips in short and longer lengths which is just awesome. If you download the technics audio app you can control the amount of ambient noise reduction and noise cancelling applied to these earbuds from the app. I don't have a single complaint about these earbuds at all, they are super comfortable and sound so good. Calls sound great with no issues having the other person hearing me when using the earbuds built in mics. My Google Assistant works perfectly as well with these in. I find myself enjoying more of my favorite music on purpose more because of these earbuds. The only downside to they're medium/large size is they're not comfortable to wear lying in bed, but not a deal breaker at all. Both my Samsung phone and tablet connected to these automatically once opening the case and inserting them in my ears. They'll also connect to more than 1 device at a time, which is perfect for multitasking. I do highly recommend these earbuds to anyone debating purchasing them.

I have used a lot of different headphones, earbuds over the years looking for the best sounding True wireless earbuds with ANC and I think these are it. I have heard of the brand Technics before but I have heard of their turntables and other audio equipment not their headphones before. I first saw the MSRP ($299) for these and these go up with the Sony WF-100XM5 that just came out, the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 and other popular brands out t here like Apple and etc. So given the price these have to compete for Sound quality, ANC and value in that space Inside the box: The case Earbuds 7 sizes of ear tips small USB type C to Type C cable typical books for warranty and etc Opening up the box you are greeted with the earbuds case and under it is the booklets and cable. Setting these up is easy with an Android device since you can use Google fast pair which works like how you sync Apple devices with their earbuds. These support LDC, and AAC for those Apple iPhone users. Battery life: With AAC 7 hours in the buds and 24 hours with the case with ANC on With LDAC 4.5 hours with the buds and 16 hours with the case with ANC on I do use LDAC with my Google Pixel 7 Pro and ANC on most of the time and the claims sound close enough. I usually use them for around 2 hours on my time getting tro work and they are around 55-60% battery life left. Now they also have a selling point of having Multipoint connection with 3 devices which I believe is a first!. Now this only works with AAC or SBS not with LDAC codecs. With LDAC they suggest turning it off which isn't surprising since Sony doesn't even allow it with their products. But you could do 2 devices with LDAC on with these. They work as advertised with my Desktop, Macbook Air and my google pixel 7 pro tested. Tried it with my Google pixel 7 pro and Macbook air while having LDAC on and worked as well. ANC: I love ANC for my travel for work which consists on being on a bus for like 90 minutes and these work great. Blocks out most sounds better than the beats fit pro which I found did a pretty good job. I would put these below the Sony and Bose but they aren't that far behind.

If you've ever experienced noise cancelling from a lower cost IEM you'll find it adequate. Step it up to a higher quality set of buds and the difference is night and day. The Technics completely cancel out any droning buzz in the background to where it's barely audible, but voices seem to still come though rather clear. I'm not sure if that's a feature or bug. No amount of tuning can take away the voices coming in. I actually prefer it this way since I can still hear if someone's trying to speak to me. The fit is very comfortable. I have too many buds that make my left ear a bit sore after a hour of use but the Technics lasted three hours with out any discomfort. That alone makes them my favorite buds to wear. The sound quality is excellent but turning on Bass+ can get a little muddy at full volume. Even at lower volumes the bass leaning profiles aren't my cup of tea. I actually found Dynamic to be my favorite preset. Even my own custom settings weren't good enough for me to change from the preset. It has the right balance for vocals as well as instruments and enough bass to keep me satisfied. I listen mostly to Golden Age Hip Hop so vocals are just as important as sound. Everything comes out clean with no clipping or distortion even at full volume. The bud support LDAC but you lose multipoint connectivity if you do. Neither really gets too much use from me since I don't have any LDAC devices and I mostly use one device at a time. I probably should try playing with this feature some more just to see how I can fit it better into my usage patterns. I've gone through a good amount of IEM's over the years and these Technics have not become my favorite. Although the noise cancelling isn't the best it's still better than what I get from my lower end buds. The fit and audio quality is what makes them take the top spot.

The earbud/headphones market seems to be one of the most competitive markets in electronics today. Several companies have products in this space, so finding the right one for you can be a little difficult. With the Technics Premium HiFi Wireless Earbuds with Noise Canceling, you have a great product entry into the market. For my review, I primarily connected the earbuds to my iPhone. The earbuds can connect to multiple devices via Bluetooth, but I saw no discernable differences when used with my Mac or other devices. With the iPhone, there is a compatible app which allows for customizing your listening preferences. Connecting to my iPhone was probably the easiest I have had with earbuds. When I pulled them out of the case, it was essentially in pairing mode. I just searched my Bluetooth devices on my phone, and I was connected. The earbuds do come with multiple ear bud sizes to enable a proper fit within you ear as well. The fit is moderately comfortable, but it does not go over the ear. It fits more inside the ear. After a while of wearing it, I found I would take it out for a second just to give my ear a break. When considering the earbuds, it really comes down to the sound. I started with the putting on some regular pop music. I then opened the app to set up the sound the way I wanted it. The EQ for the earbuds is a 5 channel EQ. You can enhance the bass, mid ranges, and treble up or down. While there is a difference between full up and full down, I expected it to be more. In any case though, you can adjust it how you like. The app does have some other nice features though like showing you battery levels remaining and also allowing you to control the level of noise canceling. My listening styles vary quite a bit. I ran through the full range of listening from classical to pop to rock and to rhythm and blues. Overall, the sound is amazing. You can hear all the various sounds. It is wonderfully clear. There is no distortion. It didn’t matter if I was listening to Prince or Mozart. If I closed my eyes, it kind of felt like I was in a concert hall. Overall, I think most people will be very happy with these earbuds. As I said though, finding the right pair for each person is important. As far as a really kicking bass, I just felt it was lacking a bit. I can hear the bass drum fit, but it didn’t quite grab me. It just felt like I was missing something. So, if bass is really the most important thing for you, you might be a little disappointed. Also, for me, the noise canceling just didn’t feel as canceling as some other earbuds/headphones that I have had. They do cancel noise, just not as much as I thought. Some noise canceling almost makes you feel like you are in a vacuum. That is not the feeling here. I would be curious to know how they handled an airline flight. The other thing I will mention is about overall use for these earbuds. They are very good in an office type setting. You can have your earbuds connected to different devices. So, you can use them with your work computer or with your phone and even take a phone call with them. The voice is clear and I had no issues with it. However, I am not sure these would work great primarily as a set to work out in. You could probably do weights or maybe ride a stationary bike. I am not sure I would want to run in these though. They are secure, but I am not sure they will stay in your ears over a 6-mile run. In the end, I really like the Technics Premium HiFi Wireless Earbuds with Noise Canceling. However, I really think this one comes down to functionality and preference. These are great for an office setting and someone who works on the go. You can take calls, listen to music, and be productive. However, if bass is your passion, these might not be what you hope. Don’t get me wrong though. The sound is amazing, but the bass just doesn’t shake me. With that said, these are truly a wonderful pair of earbuds, and I do recommend you get a pair.

As I’ve said in other reviews, I love the Technics line and feel like you know you’ll be getting quality with it. That is absolutely the case with theses earphones, but the difference here is, I also had the opportunity to try the model one step (half a step maybe?) below these (AZ60). Here’s the thing, there’s a noticeable price difference between this and the AZ60s, but not a huge difference in the specifications between the two. The main difference is the driver size which is 8mm on the AZ60s and 10mm on these (AZ80). Yes, the larger driver size is meant to produce stronger sound waves. But keep in mind that every other spec between the two models is the same, plus the same features (noise canceling, water resistant, controls, app, etc.) With all of the above in mind, these earphones produce excellent sound (calls are clear and crips and music is deep and almost seems to flow through you as you listen). They have a sleek design, easy setup/connectivity, and a cool app that works as expected. BUT all of that is offered in the AZ60 model as well. I have owned a lot of different speakers and headphones, and frankly, I really don’t hear much of a difference between the two models. With that in mind, these are fantastic earphones that produce the quality of sounds you’d expect from Technics, but I don’t think they are better or offer enough of an upgrade to the AZ60 to warrant the price difference. So, while I recommend the product itself, I would also recommend the AZ60 over these, the AZ80 model.

    Brings Music To Life

This is my second pair of Technics wireless earbuds, so I was expecting high-end performance, and boy was I not disappointed. These earbuds are the best sounding earbuds that I have ever heard as it relates to musicality. If you care about musical sound quality, then get these earbuds! The only thing that can exceed their performance is an expensive pair of reference quality, full size headphones. Technics has long had a legendary repetition in the hi-fi electronics world, and these earbuds live up to that lofty reputation. Listening to music with them is an outright joy! If you have been listening to music with lesser earbuds then you will immediately notice the difference. These earbuds bring music to life in a way that has to be heard to be believed. Overall sound quality is excellent making them suitable for all types of listening. Active Noise Canceling is excellent and very competitive with Bose and Sony. The ANC is so good that I think most people will hardly notice any difference if compared to the best Sony and Bose have to offer. I usually don’t use noise canceling since I prefer to listen in a quiet environment. But if I am forced to listen in a noisy environment, I really appreciate being able to muffle distracting sounds. The build design and manufacturing is premium. The build quality is one of the first things I noticed when I took them out of the box. Technics spared no expense, and it is very noticeable. The operation and design of these earbuds is straightforward and typical of wireless earbuds. There is an App that provides a high degree of customization and control. A full featured equalizer is also available in the App. Considering the powerful performance, battery life is a surprising 7 hours. Making them competitive with other wireless earbuds in the market. The case is Qi wireless charging compatible. These Technics wireless earbuds have reminded me of how much I love listening to music. I am truly enjoying listening to my favorite songs, and noticing how much better they sound since I last listened to them.

    My new favorite ear buds

Technics isn’t a brand that I am familiar with in regards to earbuds. I know them more for their home audio products than anything else. In fact, I have an old amplifier that I just replaced that was older than my kids. I've been using these exclusively since I got them to determine if they would ultimately replace my favorite fruit brand and so far, I've been extremely impressed with them. The features, ease of use, the app that allows me to customize the audio have shaped my opinion of these earbuds and wireless charging. Pairing was quite simple and was standard compared to pretty much all of the earbuds that I own. You can use the app to pair them as well and it aids with the customization features as well. You can customize the audio levels as well as the noise cancelling features which I really appreciate. You can also customize the amount of ambient sound for each of the settings including the noise cancelling. I used these while I did some yard work and by comparison, these are about the best buds that I have. I wore them while using a riding mower (which is desperate need of a tune up), gas blower and gas string trimmer. There was a definitive difference in the amount of noise that I heard with these and I was more than impressed with them. Additionally, I didn’t find myself adjusting them or pushing them back in after sweating. I was extremely happy about that because I normally wear something with an ear hook so that they don’t fall out and get run over or lost in my yard. Overall, these are an awesome set of earbuds and I would put them up against any of the major offerings that are currently available on the market.

The sound quality is good and I like the app that allows me to customize my sound and the level of the sound cancelling. I am petite and have small ears and these have been comfortable to wear for multiple online meetings. My users tell me my mic quality is clear and doesn't cut out. Since my ears are small, with the little bumpout on these they don't quite go into my ear to make the noise cancellation as effective as I think it could be. The noise cancellation is good, but could be better if I had a more snug fit. I have these and the non-premium version, and although these are more comfortable to wear for long periods, I find myself using the non-premium version more often since they fit in more snugly and I get better noise cancellation from the snugger fit. These were simple to pair with my work computer and my iPhone and call and audio quality is good on both devices. I have an older laptop for work and these earbuds have had an issue staying connected a couple of times. I put them back in the case and take them out and they've reconnected and worked fine. I love that these are wireless charging. Easy to place them on my nightstand dock that has a spot for this. These are lightweight in and out of the case. These have a nice sound quality, the app allows you to customize your sound and noise cancellation level, they charge easily on a wireless charging pad, and are easy to travel with.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with the Technics premium earbuds. Your feedback provides valuable insights into their performance, comfort, and usability. It's great to hear that you found the sound quality to be good and that you appreciate the customization options available through the app. Customizable sound and noise cancellation levels are important features for many users, and it's good to know that these earbuds deliver in that regard. The occasional connectivity issue with your older laptop is worth noting, but it's good to know that reconnection is relatively straightforward. -M Panasonic
