Very nice design, and case.. battery life is good, range us pretty far also. Just wish the volume could be little louder

Sounds quality is good, fit is good. Battery life is excellent. But there is no option for ANC off. Only ANC on and ambient pass through

Exceptional sound quality and comfort of use. Different sizes of buds provide a complete choice of perfect fit. Appealing aesthetics impart additional beauty. One issue i faced is that the left ear bud would start producing annoying sound and could hear wind noise even in noise cancellation mode. Overall, it's a good earbud but with not that grat of noise cancellation

I really like these earbuds. There are many sizes of tips to allow you to mix and match to get a good a fit. The app is nice in allowing you to customize the sound setting. The case is small and very pocketable. I've really enjoyed being able to connect them to 3 devices at once. The not great: I picked them up on 8/10/23 and on 9/4/23 the left earbud volume became quieter than when I had put them back into he case. Unfortunately BestBuy only has a 15 day return policy so I can't return them. If the left earbud hadn't broken, I would've rated them 5 stars.

At first I was wondering what all the hoopla was about. Earbuds are earbuds right? Wrong. The quality in which headphones and earbuds are made make a big difference. First the charging box looks average and by any normal standards they are but again quality comes into play. The etching at the top makes it a little easy for gripping. My other had no difference in feel and would often slide right out of my hands. Charging is simple, normal, nothing special. The Qi charging is a cool feature but pretty normal. The impressive features are when you put them in your ear on a full charge. The instance you hear the sound you hear quality. Nothing too high or low and when you pick you music or podcast the noise canceling immediately converts where you were listening from. If you are in a busy noisy area, your surroundings will completely mute and you will be immersed in what you’re listening to. They have multiple ear cushions, so any area size is adapted to. The sleek look design and quality of performance truly outshine’s, and it all fits in your pocket.

Very good pair of earbuds. Great sound signature, anc is great and several different size eartips to get the perfect fit. The only downside I noticed is that the max volume is not loud enough for me but may be fine for others. Also having an issue where a loudexternal noise such as a car horn, while moving, causes the transparency mode to switch to noise cancelling mode. It's possible that it may be a hardware issue with my pair of earbuds.

BEST EARBUDS FOR THE PRICE , Msrp i think it was 300 , i grabbed them for 175 , these earbuds after setting the eq to dynamics are on another level , amazing and wide sound range and quality , the only con i can give is the volume could be louder and anc could be a tiny bit better.

Great earbuds the sound quality was surprisingly good especially with how long the battery last I got 8 to 9 hours of continuous playtime without having to put them back in the case. The case recharged my earbuds roughly 3 times on average

These are the best earbuds I've ever listened too, have excellent features such as multipoint pairing, LDAC, and an easy manufacturer warranty/app setup. I can see why they're reviewed so ravingly on audiophile forums. Yet both pairs I purchased from Best Buy failed within the first two weeks. One pair had a loud buzzing noise appear in the right earbud even with noise cancelling off, and the second pair had the left earbud half as quiet as the right. Both pairs had difficulty charging. I have since started using the Sony WF-1000XM5s since and they've worked flawlessly, but it could just be I had bad luck with the pairs I received and it wasnt the fault of Technics.

Headphones work great for about a month and then the right ear starts to lose volume for some strange reason. I returned my initial repair at my shipping cost and got a new pair. The next pair I got did the same exact thing and has a significantly diminished volume in the right ear bud. I really liked the audio quality at first as well as the option to do noise canceling or ambient sound so you can choose when you want to hear the outside world more... but the audio quality issues over time with these ear buds is simply not worth the cost or trouble imo. Not even sure if they'll replace my earbuds a 2nd time but I'm about to submit another support ticket. I kinda just want my money back, but it's like 20 bucks or so to ship them back and that means I paid about 200 bucks for em originally plus 40 bucks just to replace them or maybe have them comp me at minimum my cost back for the earbuds themselves. I guess we'll see, but yeah. Very disappointing build quality from what I'd expect to be a reputable brand in the audio industry.

Really good the sound is good, it's comfortable, has a lot of features, no one has ever complained about phone quality. I never had a problem with the touch control. Only reason why I took off a star I think they can improve on vocals in music, if you have LDAC they're much better, but my computer doesn't have it. Sound stage is wide it's pretty clear definitely worth it if you have LDAC, but as I said I feel like the sound good be a drop improved upon to make it sound more natural and clear, so that's why I gave I took off a star, it gets more clear with LDAC and you can enjoy the music better even on lower volumes. Also maybe I should mention this the Bluetooth is good but I have had minor problems like static a few times.

I’ve been looking for these headphones for a long time. You won’t find better technology in any other set. The noise cancellation is supreme, and the sound quality is among the best in its class probably the best overall. The adaptive adjustments that you can make in the call quality is among the top features of this product. It’s my go to gym headphones but can really be the best all-around pair you’ll find. The size fittings are great and they won’t fall out of your ears, even when jump roping. I am very satisfied with the value and definitely pleased my purchase

I've been using these for about 3 months now and the sound is fantastic, by far the best sounding earbuds I've ever used, the bass is perfect and the transparent head through mode works well enough (not as good as airpods but they're good). The issue arises with charging. I follow the regular maintenance and cleaning so that's not the issue but now after two months sometimes the left earbud REFUSES to charge and I have to take it out of the case and reinsert it about 5 times before it decides to work. Sometimes the case won't notify me that the charging isn't working by flashing red so I'll take the earbuds out of the case and the right earbud will be 100% charged while the left earbud is dead. Again, this is with following regular maintenance (honestly even extra maintenance at this point with me trying to get it to stop) and cleaning instructions as per Technics. I've had many wireless earbuds and never had any issue with them in this regard until I got these and due to that I would probably never buy them again despite the sound being the best out of any wireless earbuds I've ever used. It's very frustrating because I use them for about 12 hours a day so when I have to wait for the left earbud to charge I'm just out of luck until it's done.

One of the top sounding earbuds with a lot of features. ANC is really decent, not as good as AirPod pro 2. Look good on ear and comfortable.

I love these earbuds. They are great for what I need. I love the fact they connect to three devices without annoyingly notifying you every moment they are disconnected from the device. The only problem I have with them is that you cannot get too far from the computer if they’re connected but the sound is awesome. I not an audiophile but I am a musician and they help me to focus on the music that I’m listening to. They’re amazing little guys.

I love these!! They are definitely a step up from my Sony wmx5 ear buds. I’m glad I made the upgrade even if I had to wait a week for them. They didn’t have them in any stores. The noise canceling is better, the bass is deeper. They still have solid mids and highs. There is like 5 earbud sizes that comes with it and the app is easy to use. Also you can do a lot of commands from both the left and right earbud.

I had these pair of great fitted techs for little over 7 months, so I'm giving you the beginning to the end. Great hard box they were housed in, came with different ear fittings cause no 2 ears are alike, downloaded the app, went through all the steps to get the buds going. This process takes a minute, because the app make sure your eyeballs have a nice seal. Okay the finger press for left and right is a give and you can configure however you are use to, forward or back track, volume up, down, etc... the sound check per ear is frekin awesome, this allows the buds to give you the optimal sound for you. The first track i used was a remastered pink Floyd track. And right from the start, it put you in a trance, the left, the right, just wow. The 2 connection via Bluetooth is awesome to. Having my phone and PC was huge. I can do meetings and listen in to the background tunes, ANC worked amazing. On planes, trains and taxis, you can tap you bud whatever side you assigned for the hear thru. And it works very well. Phone calls in noisy areas wasn't an issue either, and they only hear you. Crazy buds. One thing tho. My ears started to hurt about 4-5 hours i to my flights, battery lasted with ANC for about 3-4 hours, put them in the case for 15mi. And it gives you another 45-1 hour, You are still going to love these, until you don't.. About 7 months into enjoying these adjustable buds the right bud decided to clock out. I tried everything to troubleshoot this but it never came back to life, i was a little bummed, but of course i got the warrenty the BB offers.

Sounds great. Good bass and treble, they fit well and don't fall out, plus they hold a charge for ages. No issues so far.

Amazing treble and the in app eq controls give you the ability to customize the audio to your liking. Over all a great experience only caveat is they don’t sound the greatest on apples devices. It seems to be a codec issue on apples end but other than that they sound amazing.
