Moments of Fun
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a pedestrian production but there were moments that recalled the TMNT of yore and a couple of cute laughs. My niece seemed to enjoy it and wanted to watch it again, so might be okay for kids without preconceived notions (older fans like me).

Entertaining, but not great
