I know this is a love it or hate it movie but I am in the camp of absolutely loving this. The surround sound effects are amazing and if you have a capable home theater system this is absolutely worth the buy. Only real downside is the dialogue mix is overpowered by the musical score so subtitles are a must

For the life of me, I couldn’t follow the movie. Usually that makes me not want to revisit a film..but Tenet 4K has redeeming value. It’s beautifully shot (gorgeous cinematography!), the acting is good and most importantly Tenet makes me want to rewatch it again. It feels like a puzzle. I can’t understand it in the first watch, but I’m sure in repeat viewings I’ll come to understand. That’s the magic with Tenet. It’s unusual. I’m pulled into this world I have yet to understand. This is one to own-because repeat viewings will be required. 3 stars is because I didn’t understand everything during the 1st watch. I like to understand what I’m watching but that’s not the case here..but indeed Nolan’s production is top notch. I recommend for home media entertainment

Yes it’s NOT full Atmos. But, WOW, in typical Nolan fashion, you’ve never heard 5.1 as good as this!!! I was blown away at the LFE impact throughout the movie. Great colors and details with the HDR. The story is mesmerizing and I’ve had to watch this several times. Completely worth it.

I knew I wanted to buy the movie after seeing it in IMAX. On the giant screen, I found myself marveling at the cinematics but then got lost in certain aspects of the story. After the second viewing on my TV at home, I definitely was able to follow better. Looking forward to a third and fourth viewing.

Tenet was a mind blower but not so much that you can't follow along. You may need to watch it twice to catch anything missed, the first time. It remibded me of 12 Monkeys but quite fun ti figure out the plot and endgame. Good acting. Good film

Looks great, sounds great, but, if you have time to watch it, it's a long one, good luck trying to get all the details down in one viewing. My suggestion is to watch, knowing that there are good guys and bad guys, and not get too caught up in the time travel details, and you'll enjoy the mayhem.

Without saying anything to ruin this show for others, I'll make these two quick comments: 1. Lots of action, which, at times, drowns out good character development. Nevertheless, fun to watch ... except: 2. Better enable the closed captioning while watching this movie. Because whoever was in charge of sound didn't bother telling the actors to at least try to speak clearly and didn't do anything to enhance the quality of the actors' vocalizations after the film was shot. I tried watching it without closed captioning, but it was close to impossible to make out anything being said. And for a film that has somewhat of a convoluted plot, not knowing what people are saying makes it that much more difficult to figure out what's going on.

This movie is going to take more than one viewing - there is so much going on that it can be challenging to follow all the threads. The UHD picture is absolutely astounding - true reference quality. The Dolby soundtrack is incredibly immersive.

Very interesting story plot. This is one of those movies when you assume you understand the movie until the last part when everything comes together then you realize your understanding was incorrect. Excellent storyline and special effects graphics. I totally recommend.

Was better than I thought it would be. Trailers can be misleading. The action is fast and lots of temporal paradox discussion to pay attention to. The special effects seemed over the top excessive. Would likely sound better on my friend's Dolby ATMOS setup. I prepaid and it was delayed in the mail

This is a good Nolan film. My favorite is Inception, but this is right in line with Interstellar, & Prestige. The entire movie is based around a concept presented in the film. If you like the concept you'll like the movie. If you don't you wont.

The action in this movie is great but can be quite confusing. I won't get into details but I had to watch it twice and rewind multiple times to get the big picture. The movie gives brief explanations then throws the action at you. Perfect movie to watch in a group just for the "WT-" factor.

I braved the world pandemic to see this movie in the theater when it came out. I know then I would purchase it because it is one of those raw movies you can enjoy watching repeatedly because you always see something new. I have watched it repeatedly and continue to enjoy each viewing.

Tenet gave us a much needed change of pace from the Covid doldrums in the Christopher Nolan fashion. For me, it was not as good as Conception, Interstellar, or the more recent Batman trilogy but Tenet was still thought provoking, visually captivating, and edge-of-your-seat suspense.

Like a lot of Christopher Nolan movies, this movie can be both confusing and entertaining. I watched it again to see some of the subtle things I missed during the first viewing. If you enjoyed Christopher Nolan's other movies, you will enjoy this one.

It was a confusing but entertaining movie, but pay attention from the beginning. I’ll watch it again and it will feel like I was watching for the first time! Thank you Best Buy for my entertainment needs. And it was great on my Sony 950 series tv and Sonos entertainment home theatre.

What started off excellent...suddenly started going ok. As good as the movie was, i was thrown off by the volume of their lines. I have a sound system btw, so i could just imagine watching this through tv speakers. But, overall good movie

Great movie to sit back and enjoy. The sound is loud, but the voice seems low so its better to turn on the subs, thats IF you have a home theater. If you don't have a home theater then your good. The picture quality is good too. The movie itself is very interesting

Nolan has done it again. This movie is absolutely stunning with several shots in Imax. In typical Nolan fashion, he expects you to keep up with the story, there isn't much hand holding going on. I'd put this behind Interstellar and Inception, but it's still a very enjoyable ride.
