I like that the customers can see their transaction and total and I do not have to even touch their credit card! Looks more professional too, because I’m not using my phone. Offline mode is easy to use

Also, when compared with other terminals, the cost is far less even when you consider the processing fees charged by Square to process your transactions. For about $300, you can own the device compared to other similar devices that cost in the $3k range.

Excellent Selection, Great Service, Fast Shipping

Major problems

Setting up the device is not easy. There are no videos to walk you through the process, and customer support is among the worst I have ever experienced. The agents speak broken English and don't know doodley squat about the device. One rep is as bad as the next. I was repeatedly put on hold so the rep could "chat" with a supervisor to get information, which turned out to be dead wrong. I have heard that Clover is better

Square missing key part

The machine works well just didn't come with what was expected.
