They couldn't provide a replacement device for over five days. Fortunately, I found the necessary equipment at Best Buy with similar processing fees. I set it up immediately, ensuring our business operations continued smoothly. So far very pleased with this equipment and the vendors website has lots of reporting data. Highly recommend.
