I called support who had me had me restart the unit and reset it to the defaults and update the software. After that everything worked fine. However I am disappointed that the unit I bought as new had been previously loaded without my knowledge. That is why I only gave it three stars.

MONEY WELL SPENT

It took a call to their customer service number to get it completely programed but after that everything is a breeze. Worth every penny, I put the amount of the same in and it will auto prompt the buyer for a tip. It also works on using my hot spot on my phone to connect. You won't be sorry!
