Great film of course. Bad bad bad 4k transfer. It’s cheap yes but it’s DNR’d to hell. Not what 4k is about.

This transfer is a travesty and should not be on market. Widely regarded as the worst 4K transfer to date it’s hard to know where to begin with the complaints. This is one of my favorite movies of all time so for it to look horrible in 4K is really a bummer.

Could not give negative stars. Absolutely the worst 4K transfer ever. The overall picture is dark and even with contrast and brightness turned all the way up it was dreary. Stick with the 1080p HD version. Disk is more useful as a coaster

Man, what a disappointment Terminator 2 was on 4k Blu-ray... Everything looked like an Instagram filter was on it, Arnold looked wax like and digital faces were on the stuntmen. Just ugh. The Skynet Blu-ray was much much better.

I purchased this specifically because I also wanted a digital copy of the movie. However, I could not get the digital code because it was expired and had been expired for a while.

I picked this up one of the times it was $10 or less. Finally got a chance to watch it this last week. It is super clear, absent the grain. I thought it was just fine. I still love this movie and if I want to see it in less quality I'll pop in the regular blu ray or DVD if I still have that somewhere around here. I'm excited to see what the other James Cameron 4K releases look like soon here.

    The Sequel That Surpasses

For many years now, Terminator 2 has been viewed as one of the greatest sequels of all time, and those that say that are correct. Everything is bigger and better in this film. It revolutionized CGI in film with the T-1000, played by Robert Patrick, and packs a giant emotional punch at the end. Great movie.

This movie was revolutionary in the 90's. My favorite movie for soo many years. The graphics don't look amazing in 4K like the did on old TVs but that makes sense to me

    BUYER BEWARE

Movie is obviously amazing but this review is about the disc itself. I tried playing this in my Xbox One S on my 4K TV and it would not play due to an HDCP compliance issue. I believe it’s the cord but all the ones I own are older unfortunately. You may have to purchase a new HDMI cord before you can watch this movie.

I seen this movie so many times on blu Ray and I can definitely see the difference in picture quality! Virtually zero grain, vivid colors, deep blacks! I never seen this movie look so good! This is one of the best movies all time! Definitely pick this movie up if you have a 4k TV or terminator fan!

    T2 fails at 4K

Overall, T2 is a great movie, one of the best sequels ever. The problem is the 4K transfer. It's washed out and the colors are not as good as the regular 1080p bluray.
