terminator fan or not. You will be amazed by the enhancement. It looks so amazing.

The movie was great then and is still great. I have always wanted to see this in 4k and it did not disappoint!

Look, everyone who collects movies should own a copy of "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" which still holds up as one of the greatest action films ever made and also easily one of the best sequels ever made too. All the Terminator films after this one really pale in comparison so for the more frugal collectors out there you can just buy T2 and the first one and you'll be pretty much set. Also, if you're buying T2 and have to consider the countless versions that have been released over the years I suggest you opt for the Steelbook one as in my opinion Steelbooks are always the nicest editions of movies for the collector.

T2 Judgment Day is an awesome Si-Fi action packed movie. A great second installment to the Terminator franchise.

I picked up this movie at a great price in the store. Terminator 2 has always looked in any format ( VHS, Laser Disc,DVD,BLU-RAY ) but it has never looked as good as it looks on 4K. Black levels are deep and crisp and white levels are bright and clear. Colors vibrant. the sound is immersive with very good bass and clarity. It puts you in the picture. This 30 year old motion picture is still a great buy.

I havent watched this yet but the steelbook looks cool. I found one left for store pickup and there are no dents in case. Other steelbooks that I ordered from bestbuy for home delivery came packaged in thin bubblewrap envelopes and arrived with small dents on the edges of the steel case. I bought this on a 20% off promo for buying 2 movies. Glad I found one left in the store.

Special effects are still amazing all these years later. WAY ahead of its time in 1992.

An absolute classic brought to 4K they did well looks amazing plays good. thanks for bringing this movie back.

I thought that I would never be sold on 4K items but after these last couple purchases it is worth the couple extra dollars

A lot of people hated this 4k transfer online , but I thought it was the best it ever looked. The picture was sharp, and the color grading was improved over the HD version in my opinion. The sound was robust for a 5.1 track , and is active in the surrounds. I can confidently recommend if you are a fan of this movie.

The 4k version picture is brighter, sharper, and the sound is more dynamic. It is much better than the blu ray version.

The 4k treatment may not be necessary but it is always nice to get a release of this movie.

Nice 4K Ultra HD quality, really loved it, it was really good to see this movie again on HD picture quality.

Many T2 fans seems to think that this is one of the worst 4K releases to date. I am glad that I purchased ($7.99) and now have this 4K physical copy. However, I also hold onto my other Blu-Ray copy for its appreciated value... Aside from a different color timing and grain reduction/digital smoothing, Cameron did make many, somewhat-obvious changes to the source (like George Lucas did to the original Star Wars). Frankly, that is somewhat regrettable. Changes were straightening the knife stabbing shot at the biker bar/billiards/restaurant near the beginning, erasing the T-1000's "private" parts as he crouched beside his first kill (making him asexual?), keeping the glass from falling off the 18-wheeler's front after the T-1000 drove it off the bridge, and superimposing Arnold's face onto his stuntman's face as the T-800 (Model 101) drives the bike off the ledge (and racing from the exploding 18-wheeler). Were these all necessary? If Cameron refrained from making these changes and stuck to the original completely, then in my opinion, you'd have an awesome 4K (even if stuntmen were recognizable). I really like the picture quality (colors and contrast), and think the sound is amazing (crispness and range levels). But the question of whether or not you buy this release I think solely comes down to how much of a purist you are.

Ok, Who doesn't enjoy the best action sequel ever!!!! The movie has everything you want....explosions, chases, state of the art CGI(state of the art at the time, which still holds up). You know the movie so I don't have to say much about it. The discs have so much extras on them. It has another "making of" on it. A good 55 minutes doc! There has been alot said about this 4k transfer which hasn't been popular. I took a chance and got the set. I finally saw the movie in 4k. It's not as bad as I feared. It's good but not great. It's a reason I gave it 4 stars. I can't wait for a proper transfer! I'LL BE BACK!!!

Terminator 2 is the greatest movie of all time and this release gives you a great remastered version! there is some DNR, but its acceptable.

Perfect example of a great sequel! It’s one you can’t pass up
