Best sound and picture quality since seeing the movie in the theaters years ago.

The sound is great, but the picture quality is only fair. This is the only 4K/UHD disc that has fallen short of the format. Still, it's the best there is for now, until Terminator 2 gets a face-lift and an updated transfer. It'll do, for now.

This Steelbook is, in a word, sick! Now while I’m personally a fan of the 4K transfer this film got back in 2017, I myself was hoping we would get a new 4K restoration with this Steelbook release that would have been truer to the original version of the film. Nonetheless, this is a very cool addition to my collection

Skynet is back…Very cool artwork. The picture is way better than my Blu Ray Steelbook. It even has the German audio in 7.1. Arnies English voice is a Desaster..haha..anyhow, one negative part is, that the version does not contain the extended and just the theatrical version :(… However, it’s one of the best Action movie ever made!

T2 is a classic which looks amazing for any 4k home theatre setup

Terminator 2 is easily one of the best movies i have ever seen. The effects used producing this movie are so incredible even to this day. The effects literally to me are so well done they could stand next to every movie out and it was made a good long while ago. The acting job by both arnold and robert patrick in addition to linda hamilton and edward furlong was just outstanding in my opinion. The moments where the action ran high and fast were very well handled by all and i just can't say enough great things about this film.

Still one of the best movies ever made. And in 4k it's even more immersive.

One of my favorite movies growing up and one of the best sequels of all time. Really enjoyed the 4k transfer.

Steelbook case with slip cover is beyond beautiful artwork. I had no idea their was 3 different versions of the film which only comes in the bluray not the 4k. Sadly the 4k is theatrical release version. The picture quality is superb and sound like I’m in the theatres.

the second chapter in the terminator series leaves me with a feeling of the star wars legacy. whereas the second movie in that series is better than the first. and the same holds true with this one. i really like the first terminator, as it was the original. but the second one is the better of the two. james cameron gave us the best of the terminator series with this one.

I know that the transfer gets a lot of bad reviews but I personally love the Digital Noise Reduction. It has a very clean look and it looks like a movie that was shot in the modern time. This is one of the greatest action and science fiction films of all time and is a must have if you love collecting movies like I do.

Its James Cameron's world and we are. all just living in it. Not the greatest 4k upgrade but solid

I personally love the 4K version, a lot of people don’t because of the lack of grain and too much DNR, but I think it looks more clear than ever. Although some scenes it does have that wax-work like effect which makes it look fake, but overall I think it’s the best it’s looked other than the 2015 lionsgate (get that if you like grain in your movies)

Arnold at his best. Grab this classic in 4k and watch it in your clothes and shoes and with your motorcycle.

James Cameron at his best, Terminator 1 & 2 are really the only Terminator movies you need to own.

Packs one helluva punch! Have loved this movie since the day I originally saw it in he movie theater so many years ago. This is an awesome 4k transfer that eill be viewed many times that I can share with my kids as well. Awesome steelbook with matching slipcover is makes this package well worth the purchase.

Loved this Best Buy exclusive steelbook! Not only is the steelbook awesome looking and a collectible by itself, but this release also includes a brand new 55-minute documentary, which is a plus for any big Terminator fans! It's available at a decent price for its format, so overall I'm really happy with my purchase!

I had to purchase this one just for the steel book art! Probably the best steel book art ive seen. I dont buy steel books but this one I had to get. Online 4k community really hates the 4k transfer of this but myself I like it and dont judge it so harshly. I understand why they do, but its really not that serious.

This movie looked incredible in 4K! One of the best older movies I've watched in UHD!! Awesome!!
