It looks even more amazing on Blue Ray. Great movie!

This steelbook is great making it 50/50 worth it for collectors. The 4k not so much, ton of DNR makes it all look waxy

Audio and all menus were in German, not sure why. Had to return it

An amazing outside with a not so wonderful inside. The Steelbook is amazing but the 4K transfer is infamously terrible.

A recommended buy if you really want the packaging. The transfer of the movie itself, however, is very poor in my opinion. Why did James Cameron approve this?

It is quite a disappointment transfer by James Cameron. The HDR looks blown out, the visuals are nat appealing. I enjoyed the 3d version of the movie better

i love terminator movies however the studios have gotten lazy with some of these transfers of these movies...we need a better version of this film...

This movie does not have Atmos, which was a terrible disappointment considering the 2017 3D theater release had an Atmos soundtrack. The 4K image may not be to some peoples liking as it has had the grain heavily reduced.

I was very excited to have a Blu ray version of T2 bc I already had the DVD version...to my disappointment, the Blu ray wasn't all it cracked out to be... quality was a little better than DVD but not the superb quality you would expect from 1080p.

This Bluray has good picture quality but the free digital copy expired years ago, so apparently this copy has been sitting on the shelf for years and is not a recent offering.

I was so excited when they announced Tha there is a new terminator 2 coming to 4k. I even have read articles that this is a new improved transfer overlooked by the James Cameron. I was so dishearted that this is the same old garbage placed on a very nice looking steelbook. I can't even finished the movie knowing that it's the same teansfer. I gave it a 2 stars coz of the bad transfer. I recommend this if you're a hardcore fan and you like the steelbook.

Quality if the picture is not what i expected for a classic. Still worth buying if you don't have the blueray

Still a great movie to watch and enjoy , the 4K mastering was really disappointing , I had high expectations for this specific movie as well. The audio was not bad !

Bought this because I'm a huge Terminator fan.. Should have just stuck with Blu-ray. There's so much dnr on this 4k transfer everyone looks like they belong in a wax museum. Still good movie but just bad transfer

Rating is not for the movie itself, but the 4k quality. I didn't notice much a benefit from watching it versus a regular Blu-ray. Price was good, so its worth getting it if prices are about equal

It was average quality. Noticed the sweat on Sarah Conner when she was in the hospital. Seemed like a regular 1080p quality bulray, but for the price 9.99 its worth it.

The reviews you've previously read are correct. The film transfer suffers to much DNR. However I believe it is still better than the blu ray version. Still a must own disc for any Terminator fan.

Not the expected quality unfortunately. My previous 4K UHD versions are far better.

Most have this title on BLU-Ray or DVD and there is no extras here then what you've already seen. 4k Quality is the same as Blu-Ray, again nothing extra here either. wait for it to be on Sale.
