And back he is in this new twist on the Terminator series. Old vs new and a ticking clock that will end the world if not stopped. The CGI is great and the 3d is quite good. The storyline perhaps could use a little work. No spoiler for the ending but, watch the credits and be ready because after that you will agree "He'll be back." All in all not a bad movie but it really twists everything we knew and expected. If you like action, a walk down memory lane, great CGI and 3d then this one is for you.

I used to like Terminator 2 the best. However, with this movie's story line, including a revisit to 1984 and a happier ending, makes it better with me. I saw the movie on DVD, but ended up buying the 3D BluRay since I liked it so much. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 due to some poor use of language. On the plus side, this has less foul language and graphic violence compared to the first 2 Terminator movies, being PG-13 instead of R-rated. So a bit more family friendly, but not for everyone.

this movie is very entertaining. A lot of excitement, the ending is a thrilling ending.

It kept the old, Swartenager and mixed in an alternate ending to the past that might actually allow another in the Franchise.

T2 is one of my all time favorites but the sequels since then have struggled in the James Cameron created world. Take this movie-- it has nice CG, good action and fine post conversion 3D. But the plot, with all the time line issues, is a convoluted mess. At this point, I'm not sure what they can do with the series, but it's fallen into a time travel black hole loop that they'll struggle to recover from in future movies. (Oh, you know there will be more movie$).

Not the greatest reboot, but they did a descent job and I just love Terminator. Arnold did a great job in reprising his role.

A cleverly put together movie that actually made Arnold's return plausible and seamless. A worth see and great library movie!

I'm not sure why a lot of people didn't like Terminator Genisys, but I thought it was excellent; very creative and entertaining. On Blu Ray, it looks and sounds great.

I was skeptical about this movie from the moment it was announced, turns out I was wrong. This more than makes up for the debacle that was T3 and Terminator Salvation.

This movie ins't on par with T1 and T2 but is still good on it's own. The series mythology has been updated for our times.

This was not the best film in the terminator series, but it was still a good film. Definitely worth watching at least once.

Loved how the story line changed, action packed great special effects and loved how they included so much of the original.

I had thought the series had run out of plots. But I was quite surprised in this one. Uh oh maybe a trend as actors are getting older. I enjoyed this very much.

Dont believe the bad reviews for this film. It's a fun entertaining action thrill ride that pays homage to the originals we all love. This is not to say the movie doesn't have its flaws, but it's well worth it regardless. This Blu-Ray is also a fantastic presentation with top notch video and sound. The picture is incredible with strong details and fantastic black levels. Audio is just as strong and really puts your system to the test :-) Highly recommended, for a fun movie night!

This movie brings in the new and the old to show a story since the time lines were getting messed up anyway. Enjoyable and nice to see new face and some old too.

Arnold is back and is not only kicking some serious machine butt, he is also delivering some decent humor too. I was very surprised by this movie and really enjoyed it.

The movie was a neat twist on the already well known Terminator series. I found it refreshing and fun to watch.

Not as good as the first 2, but this is still a good movie to see . Great to see Arnold back as a machine.

Like the tie-in with the original terminator, but once you've got the story line the first time, now many surprises.
