    This is a very good calculator for middle schoolers. No need for a graphing calculator yet. Save on spending more until later.

    This is a great scientific calculator with many functions, a large easy to read screen, and at a good price. The only negative comment is that ii is quite big and heavy.

    The kids school specified the model to get. This replaces the TI-36 of a few years back when my oldest was in same class. Texas Instruments makes a good and easy to use calculator.
