The color screen is a plus. Lots of features to use for many areas of study. I always prefer TI products as well.

Wasn't excited about buying a calculator before I purchased it but I'm really happy with the backlight and how easy it is to use.

Because of the range of capabilities and application, both of them will be able to use them for the rest of their schooling.

He has not expressed any issues with it. Glad he has the color display. And heck, is getting good grades in the class. So nothing to complain about here.

High school math needs

Son gets the new color version for middle and high school. Seems to do everything well. Does everything it is supposed to.
