We purchased this for my daughter's math classes. What can you say...it is a calculator on steroids. It works well and I am sure that she has not used all the function, but I think that it will take her through her college years and beyond if need be.

As expected, it is quite useful to the high school students. Highly recommended

My daughter need this for high school and later, she has been using the calculator and she loves it, she said that she is able to do everything at her school classes and feels very satisfied. I am OK with the price for this product based on the quality and the many functions that the calculator has.

The Texas Instrument Graphing Calculator is an amazing package. It will take me some time to explore al of its features, but actually quite intuitive to use right out of the box. A winner!

I used this calculator for my Pre Cal./ Trig college course as well as Stats. I even used it for Chemistry. I love how many functions it has and that once you know how to use the menus it is easy to work with. The color that now comes in this model is also so helpful when having to graph many data sets to compare them.

We bought this for our son to use at school and for use on the PSAT. Our son reported it works well and is very useful for his classes. He used it for some questions on the PSAT which help him complete the test faster

Got this for my Math 242 class and it is such a great tool! Easy set up and once you start to use the functions they become like second nature. Price is hefty but it definitely does help with classwork and understanding math. Battery also lasts a really long time.

The new TI calculator is the best. You will be able to do more than balance your checkbook. Use this calculator to handle complex math and spatial problems. This calculator is easy to carry with you instead of your laptop and will in most cases outform your laptop. Highly recommended for the science geek in you.

After reviewing the various calculators recommended by my daughter's instructors, we chose to purchase the TI-84+CE because it should last her several years and through the math and science classes she intends to take. After a few days of use, it does all that is required from her classes for now. She is quite happy with it.

My kid was required to have a TI calculator for school. He uses this calculator, it works great for his Algebra class. It has so many functions.

This is a fancier color version of TI-84. Not sure if my high school would have approved of this model because of all its bells and whistles. You can also hack it and convert it to play NES games. To be honest, for school, TI-83, 84 would be more than enough. However, if you want something fancy go for this one.
