A little speedy for a calculator but it is a good one.

Helped my daughter through her AP Calculus BC class.

I am using calculator for chemistry and honors math.

Well known brand , it's a must for a high schooler.

I ordered this item online because the store was sold out. Then after waiting for delivery, my son went to charge it to find out it was broken. Because the school requires this one and Best Buy had no more to sell us, we had to get one that was even more expensive.

This works great. Screen is clear and easy to read.

There's no great virtue to this calculator other than for standardized test taking (and occasional math classes) that do not allow the use of anything better. Capability-wise it's a retread of decades-old hardware, all that you're still charged a premium for due to the lack of easily recognized alternatives. If you don't need this due to test restrictions/familiarity, then get something else. A more advanced TI calculator if you must, or an HP calculator for that sweet, sweet RPN. Or consider whether you need a calculator in the first place, when you can load up a simple app on your phone, or have full-fledged math packages on a laptop.

I would much rather use a tablet but TI-84 does the job.
