Bought for my daughter in high school. Loves the color for graphing. She says it's helpful. Loved that I was able to price match this item. The store that had it on sale was out and Best Buy matched its price. I was very happy.

I have bought 3 of these, one for each kid. My daughter still has hers after 6 years and its still going strong. Awesome functionality that often goes untouched

This is a calculator needed for level one Algebra in 8th grade. I bought the colored one so that the graphing lines would be different colors. He can use this all through high school. Well worth the price.

I Bought this calculator for my daughter who’s in advanced math in school and she loves it. It’s light and compact. It’s also rechargeable which makes things a bit easier. I got it on sale for $100 but even at its full price of $150 it’s worth every dollar.

Good instruments and easy to learn and use performance is good

You literally can't do Calculus without this. Needing to plot multiple lines on a graph, being able to distinguish them by color is the only way to do differentiate the lines at times. I've had this product for a couple years now and it still has excellent battery life, takes a charge quickly, and is probably the best investment I've made in my University career to day.

This calculator has really assisted my Daughter with her math homework on a daily basis. It's ease of use is great and is very durable. She's dropped it a few time. Would recommend it to all junior/high school students.

User Fridley, charges pretty fast and stay charged for a long time. We have another one also, and we had that for a long time. Pretty durablr.

Title kind of says it all. It's a TI-84 calculator and it's amazing. Can do just about everything. Stores answers for quick reference. Easy to use. Battery lasts for months with regular use.

The calculator works well, and is pretty easy to navigate through. It’s very helpful since it has functions to help in all subjects like Calculus, Statistics, and Chemistry.

My daughter needed this for school. Had to buy it, but it works good. Little pricy, and will need to look at on-line videos to learn some of the functionality.

You can’t beat the functions of this calculator! Plus the ability to search for exactly what you need online and drive to pick it up make shopping at Best Buy so simple.

Surely there is a mobile app out there that does the exact same thing for cheaper. But alas, just like the antiquated college bookstore keeps antiquated books selling for $200 a pop, college classes and professors keep the venerable Texas Instruments TI 84 selling. Most professors will not allow smartphone use in the classroom. So the TI 84 is the only option. Most of these are likely are used one-and-done. I think every desk drawer in America of anyone who's attended a college-level math class has one of these in it. Do I recommend it? Sure. Do students have a choice? No.

The calculator is very useful for graphing purposes and can be used for a multitude of functions and can be modded as well to fit different applications

works just as designed plus it's COLOR which makes graph much easier to view. this is actually recommended for Middle school when taking algebra so far works as described.

Does what I type in and does pemdas I’m pretty sure

I purchased this TI-84+ CE Graphing calculator for my middle schooler. It's normally priced higher, but I happened to catch it at a good deal. While the schools are using a TI-84+, this version has color to contrast different graphs, has more memory and a faster processor. I was hoping to grab one that supports Python programming, but I believe this one can be upgraded to support Python. I'm hoping that this can be used for many years of schooling.
