It is a practical calculator for school with the advantage to recharge instead of replacing the batteries. Also is easy to hold.

A must have for the high school student. Math studies have evolved and this graphics calculator was needed because the teacher did not allow use of a smart phone.

The calculator works well for tasks in chemistry and calculus, and the reason I only gave 4 stars is because of price.

This is one of the better calculator for school. It's meets the needs for the kid and he indicated there isn't any issues getting the results as expected. The value isn't bad for what's expected.

Got this for my son to use in high school. He likes it very much. Screen is color and graph screen is very clear. Not as pricey as others, still expensive, but this is a good price for the type calculator. He'll be able to take this off to college with him.

We have been using calculators on our family since the mid 70's. The only brand I have purchased in the last 30 years for serious math calculations has been Texas Instruments. This calculator is simply amazing in it's abilities.

I bought this for my daughter entering 9th grade. Greater price than STAPLES in back to school season. She and I were satisfied with quality, color and cost.

This was necessary for an Algebra class my boyfriend was taking -and it worked as needed. Took a bit to figure out the right steps to have the right output, but it is a specific calculator for specific needs.

I purchased this for my 11th grader who handed down her TI-8 to her 9th grade brother. I must admit, I don't really know the difference between the TI-8 and the TI-8+ but I'm taking her word for it: it is a worthy upgrade

I am not familiar with using the calculator but I find it challenging but just what I needed. I am getting used to it and find it easier to calculate and can be used for so much. The screen is a great improvement from the TI 84 Plus.

The University I attend recommended this calculator and I am glad they did. It is easy to use and has been so helpful while testing! The graphing is a bonus!!

Does what it supposed to do, but these things are not cheap.. bought it for my son who is in high school.

Calculator is easy to use. Plastic casing is bit flimsy compared to 10 year older version. Like the color option.

I bought this for my daughter for her math class, and it has all the necessary features for her to complete her assignments.
