Not like students have a choice on what to get, but as far as calculators go, this is a good one. Powerful enough and relatively well built. Take care of it though, since many students seem to have experienced screen burns on theirs after a year or so of use.

This is exactly what my son needed for precalculus and works perfectly. Good screen quality and all features needed.

Had to get this for my daughter for Highschool. I remember using the old Ti83 when I was in school. It's great she loves it. Great sleak design. Cool colored graphs great in general gets the job done and then some

This is an excellent graphing calculator. You can program it. My only issue so far has been that I ran out of memory.

This was the recommended calculator for my daughters advanced math class. Was told this should get her through college so thought why not, especially since it was at a good sale price. This is a very complex calculator but daughter seems to like it and has figured out what she needs for her class. I'm torn on the rechargeable battery though. It does hold a charge well, as just charged it this week for the first time and she has used almost daily since the beginning of school in August. Only problem was locating the charger!

Exactly what I needed for Calculus. The upside is that it is light too and slim.

School requirement for 10th grade geometry. Might as well go all out n get the "plus" for a color monitor for a few dollars more.

My 17 year old needed this , but I’ve just found this to be very useful! Every day

Works as expected, the only draw back is how often you need to charge it.

Daughter needed it for calc. Does what she needs. The multi color screen helps with visibility in the graphs.
