I’ve had an 83 before which was good, but the 84 corrected a lot of things like clearer picture and adding color. I also like the fact that it has a charger and doesn’t rely on batteries anymore.

I am not familiar with using the calculator but I find it challenging but just what I needed. I am getting used to it and find it easier to calculate and can be used for so much. The screen is a great improvement from the TI 84 Plus.

All teens in my family have needed this calculator for high school Calculus. They have always held up and are being used still during college. Would be great if they were less expensive.

Love this upgrade. Bought for my son who is a freshman in high school . It is helping him a lot during remote calculus..This is a must have for any math student in college or high school

I bought it for my 9th grader. The teacher recommended it. Needed for school work as well as competition maths. He said its the best. The bad thing is he lost the charger and i had to buy another charger :-(

I bought this for my daughter entering 9th grade. Greater price than STAPLES in back to school season. She and I were satisfied with quality, color and cost.

Excellent calculator, love the full color screen since I can see all my calculations much better. The matte surface is also a nice touch and it doesn't attract fingerprints.

Super product for higher math learning. Easygoing use and very practical. Love it!

This is my favorite calculator, the display is such good quality and the different colors for mapping graphs makes it so much easier to work with when having to look at multiple graphs at once.

The resolution is much better than the regular TI-84. Colored feature also helps in distinguishing one graph from another. On top of that, battery is also rechargeable. Bought this on sale and well worth the additional $ from regular TI-84.

Fantastic calculator. Bought for my daughter in Jr High. I fully expect it to last her through college. So much nicer than my TI-83 calculator back in the day. The color graphing is awesome.

I needed a TI-84 as a requirement for class and I decided to check out the Best Buy website. I noticed they had 10% off (which is better than nothing) the TI-84 plus and TI-84 plus + CE as a Student Deal. Prior to buying I checked other websites to check the price to see if buying it here would be my cheapest option. Since I couldn’t find another close retailer with the same price I went in to buy it. I chose this particular model because of the rechargeable battery and interface. So far I’ve tested it and it works well, I like that you can adjust the brightness to whatever setting suits you better. Overall I feel it was a great buy.

This is a great calculator, used for Algebra 2. It is thinner than the TI84 (no CE) and the graphs are better. It needs charging more often. Cable is included so no problem there. You need to learn how to use it.

Has everything my wife need and wants for her schooling

The University I attend recommended this calculator and I am glad they did. It is easy to use and has been so helpful while testing! The graphing is a bonus!!

It is a great and easy to use calculator. I bought it for my dual enrollment class and because I recently took the SAT. It worked smoothly and I have yet to see any problems with the device.

My son was just starting high school and didn’t need all of the functions on this calculator quite yet, but he takes great care of things and this will last him throughout high school and possibly beyond, so it was well worth it!

Was reasonable quick to pick up. Nice to have this particular calculator there. Competitor has to order it would take a week. I needed it for a class. Customer agent was helpful and polite.
