we had bought my kid a fancy expensive calculator, and she never used it because it was too complicated. She loves this one

This calculator is required by herriman high school in South Jordan utah, for math class that is offered in the school

It's a graphing calculator. it's overpriced for how old it is but as long as you don't lose it, it'll last you for a decade.

I bought it for my wife. Her college requires more up to dated then the older model we had. Which we bought few years ago.

This calculator has a lot of functions that most people wont even use. Don't waste the extra money unless you are going to use them. There are calculators that a cheaper that have most of the same abilities.

About as good a price as you can find for a new TI calculator. Only thing I did not like is the packaging is a pain.
