This was purchased for my son in his second year of college, it's a great item to have for calculus and trigonometry. Best buy matched local competitors and I saved almost one third of what other stores wanted. I will always check best buy first for item I need, they stand behind Thier products

Easy to use calculator. Large keys are easy to use. Display is nice and large.

We purchased the TI-84 Plus Graphing Calculator for our daughter's Statistics class. Standard class requirement, great product. TI has been making these for a long time. It definitely does what it is supposed to do. No complaints.

Overall this is a very good (and fairly durable) calculator. My son uses it for school and has been happy with it.

Gets the stuff needed done. Has the useful mechanisms needed for problems for college math exams (best for statistics class in general). the ease of use is a charm for functioning the calculator.

This is a fantastic calculator for a high school or college student. It will last from High School Algebra through College Calculus. It is easy to use, is able to be updated and you can even download other apps onto it for extra functions. Awesome buy, the price was fair as well!

It would of been nice for my daughters school to let us know that TI was the calculator they wanted her to use, I bought a casio first but they said she couldn't use it. This TI does a couple more feature than the casio, She seems to like the TI a little better than the Casio so all is good.

My son needed this for his SAT and it did the trick. Dimple, easy to use and reasonably priced.

In my time the profesor never let use the calculators, yes i know ! Its calculus! Ja ja! Calculus need a lot of calculations that inreally forget, but my daughter love ii. Its really a great calculator. My son of 22 have one too and never trouble or need to buy anither one! Great quality!

Helped me a lot with these additional features that other calculators don't have

This is the second one I have purchased (lost the first one). Once you learn to use the different functions its a great calculator. It is kind of confusing to learn at first. There are several online sources that can help though!

The TI-84 Plus is a very capable calculator, which is why so many teachers and schools recommend it. My son was able to use this for all his AP math classes. I was able to get a price match at Best Buy which enabled me to get the very best price of any retailer.

The calculator works as expected, there is no issues about the performance. The only draw back is the price which it is too expensive for what it does. You can do more with your cell phone with a free software or you just can buy different applications for a small fraction of the cost, order a pizza, watch a movie and still have some money left for the next 2 days.. I am not saying that the product has issues or its bad because Texas Instruments is a Great Company. Perhaps there might be many other hidden features that I am not aware, ore just simply, I am not the person to speak about the product other than what it can do versus the price, it is not practical. There might be people out there that might like the unit rather than using their phone which could distract them in the middle of a project while watching the Price is Right. Over all The product is good because of the Company behind it, The product might be appealing to engineers, scientists, mathematicians, physicists, advance students. Unfortunately there is not an option to check I do not know if I can or cannot recommend this product other than leaving it at the consumers discretion. I will leave the check mark on the yes by default.

The TI-84 Plus Graphing Calculator works great for my kids, and is the same type I had for college classes. Middle School requirements have sure changed a lot since I went to school. This item does everything that my kids need, and was the lowest price around.

This was recommended by my instructor and so glad I chose the TI-84 as opposed to going with a used TI-83. This calculator came with all the necessary programs already stored in the calculator. Easy to use, with clear and easy to follow instructions for commands.

Texas instrument graphing calculators are preferred by all my children's teachers--this is the third one we have purchased because 3 of my 4 kids need them for math this year :-/ !! I loved purchasing this one from Best Buy because I could use point certificates to help bring the price down!

Bought for a class in Finance and I use it basically everyday.

Purchased for my son's algebra classes, by recommendation of his teacher... Works perfectly, and he's able to perform all the calculations with no problem, which it's the main thing!!!
