Great calculator, just the model we needed for class.

Upgrades to views of exponents and parentheses, as well as matrices a nice improvement on prior models.

Texas instruments are the best schools calculators. 30 years, I got my first calculator for college.

The big difference for the Ti-84 to TI83 as far as the kids are concerned is that the 84 they can download games onto the calculator. If the 84 is not needed for specific school projects, you may want to stay with the 83.
