Excellent student calculator! This model will last for years!

First of all, who knew that calculators can be expensive. I bought this for my son before he went of to college. In my research this calculator constantly popped up as one of the top calculators. Yes, there are other calculators that have more features and color. But, this does the trick and is simpler to use. Several of the complaints from the other more expensive and colorful calculators was their complexity. Most stated that you spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than calculating the problem. So far so good this calculator has everything my son needs for his schoolwork. It is also approved for use on exams such as ACT, SAT. Most calculator requested by instructors!

This Is a very good calculator. It has a very good charging system and long battery.

This calculator has been well worth the money. I purchased it for my son since it is widely accepted for use on college entrance tests. He has used it for a couple of classes he's taken while in school. I have recently enrolled in college myself and I had my son teach me how to use it, which was surprisingly simple. It's a good sturdy calculator which I would certainly recommend.

I purchased the TI 84 Plus Graphing Calculator for my son who is a college student taking a Statistics Math class. This calculator was used as an example by his instructor to get for the class and I'm so happy I bought it for him. I shopped around since its a little expensive however I was able to get it on sale at Best Buy and get my Reward points so I call that a WIN WIN PURCHASE. This calculator does everything from Math to Biology and Chemistry problems so it's an investment. I had purchased a lower priced graphing calculator however it ended up not being able to calculate all the graphing problems my son needed for his Math class so that's why I purchased the TI 84 Plus Graphing calculator since it does everything he needs and more.

My daughter lost her calculator so this was a replacement. This is easy to use and gets the job done. She is in Precalculus and my son had AP calculus and had the same calculator. This calculator is also allowed on the ACT which is something to consider if you are buying for a high school student. Compared to others, this one was reasonably priced for the functions it included. We were pleased with our purchase.

Great small calculator that has so many different functions that it fits all the needs my grandson needed for his math class! Seems to be very durable and well made. Easy to use and the screen is easy to see and operate!

Great Graphing calculator ! I purchased this for my son's Statistics class . He has been using it and says that it is very easy to use, sturdy and better that what he was using before which was a TI-83 .Price was great as it was on sale when we purchased it. Money well spent !

Great calculator, easy to use, long battery life, sturdy.

I loved the fact that I was able to purchase this at a discounted price plus my rewards. Beats the savings I would get anywhere else. This is a great investment to help get my daughter through high school and even college. I wanted to get the Color version but she insisted that the standard version was just as good.

I recently replaced TX Inspire with TI-84 Plus. This calculator has all the features of an high end calculator and still easy to use. This is the same calculator kids use at school. My son was lot more comfortable using this calculator over the much advanced Inspire. I would definitely recommend this calculator for kids from 7 grade onwards.

I actually purchased this calculator for my Granddaughter for college use in Chemistry. Before my purchase, I did some research on calculators with attention to features and history of satisfaction with its use, This unit more than fulfills the requirement for any task used to date. The price is right and less than others with fewer features.

My high school freshman daughter needed the calculator for her algebra class and so far, no complaints. I mean, you really don't need the colored calculators that they have, this is a practical calculator and it does the job and of you've used Texas Instruments before, you know it will stand the test of time. I used to use a calculator like this back in the day!
